Keep in mind that Domain Authority is a Moz metric, and not a metric that the search engines use for ranking. It's correlated with how well things tend to rank, but shouldn't be used as the final judgment for a link. Total External Links are all of the links to the site.
External Followed Links are just those links to the site that are followed (they do not have a "nofollow" tag added to the link).
