Moz Help Team
Hey there! Kristina from the Help Team here.
It sounds like you're referring to the Rank Tracker tool.
If so, we made some changes to the tool in our menus due to the announcement of us sunsetting the tool on June 8th. In case you missed it, you can read more about that announcement in this Q&A post here.
You can now access the tool by navigating directly to this URL: https://moz.com/researchtools/rank-trackeror by navigating to your Moz Pro Home option and then scrolling down to the available tools. I made a quick video here for you demonstrating this piece.
I hope this helps but certainly let us know if there's more we can assist with on this, and sorry for the confusion!

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
Every Moz Local listing is powered by a verified Google My Business page or Facebook Places page, and we pull the business's name, address and phone number (NAP) directly from those pages. If you're interested in changing one of the elements of your listing's NAP, you would simply need to make the respective changes to your Google or Facebook page.
Once you've made the changes, Moz Local should automatically reflect those changes within a week or so and will begin distributing the new information out to our direct partners.
Hope that helps - if you have any further questions it may make more sense to contact our team directly by emailing help@moz.com so we can look at your specific listings if needed.
Thank you.

Hi there - Kristina from Moz's Help Team here
Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about the troubles with your MozBar. We've been seeing reports from other customers with the tool, as well, and have updated our Health Page to reflect the known issues we're seeing with the tool at this time.
There's a couple of steps we've seen work for others that might help you with your issue at this time. Can you please attempt these steps on your side and let us know if you're still seeing issues?
Clearing your cache and cookies of all Moz related data is a very important step since we've recently required authentication for the toolbar to function properly. If you are still having issues after that it means the problem is coming from our side and we'll have to wait for an update from our MozBar team.
Sending over the below information to help@moz.com that we can provide to our developers would be a huge help in their efforts on diagnosing the issue, so if the above steps don't work for you, can you please perform the following steps and send over this screenshot to us?
Thank you so much for your help, and for your patience while we work to resolve these issues. I look forward to hearing back from you about the above.

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here.
It is true to our Mozscape index is scheduled to update roughly once a month. Since Moz focuses on quality of links over quantity, we are always focused on the most relevant links to display to our users. It's possible that Moz's index will leave out some of the lower-quality (non-link juice providing) links out of our index because of this. So, that might explain why you may see some discrepancies with what other tools may be showing.
Just a few points on how we compile our index:
The idea here is that we're focusing on the highest-quality links we can find, coming from the most prominent pages of authoritative sites. So, while you may not see every link for a site within our index, we're aiming to report the most valuable ones available!
Most new sites and links will be indexed by our spiders and available in Mozscape and Open Site Explorer within 60 days, but some take even longer for many reasons - including the crawl-ability of sites, the number of inbound links to them, and the depth of pages in subdirectories.
You can see our most recently updated schedule here as well as some more technical metrics on our Mozscape API Updates page. You can also see when the last and next updates happened on the Open Site Explorer (OSE) homepage at any time.
I know this is a ton of information, so if you have any questions or if I didn't make anything clear enough, please don't hesitate to ask! And as always, you can reach our team by emailing help@moz.com anytime.
Thank you!
