I've been providing business communications services for over 30 years in the areas of marketing, advertising, public relations, media, publishing, training and development and of course online business. Prior to becoming involved in online business, I was a senior communications adviser to a wide range of clients from heads of governments, CEO's and boards of major corporations to small business and not for profit organisations.
Online Early

In the early nineties I began working with a client on a range of projects to help remote communities, mining communities and local governments make better use of the web. I also began working with senior government ministers on their early websites.

In 1998 I began setting up and managing one of the most successful precious metal online shopping sites in the world for The Perth Mint. The Perth Mint is Australia's leading specialist mint and has a global reputation for excellence and innovation. When I joined the Mint in 1998 ecommerce and online shopping was not a given.
Global Ecommerce Pioneer

At the time nobody else in the world was doing what the Mint was planning to do - selling precious metal collectibles of gold, silver and platinum online to the international market. Nobody in the world knew how to do it.
