He is currently operates a product marketing and management consultancy, marketingeek, llc. Mr. Parker has a broad base of experience with software and SaaS start-ups as well as large hardware and software companies.. He is a strategic executor who translates customer challenges and values into programs by applying a robust toolset and best practices into processes, guides, and tools so that sales and marketing teams map products from the perspective of their markets, companies, decision makers, buyers, and users.
The products sold, marketed, and managed include simplified consumer desktop, comprehensive enterprise software, object oriented developer tools, transaction processing engines, middleware, enterprise application development, and operating systems. Clients include SeeControl, Vistant Corporation, exobox, Keylime Software (now Yahoo), Kinzan, Objectspace, Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, Texas Instruments, Macromedia, and SAIC. He also served BP, Pioneer Standard Electronics, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Texas Instruments helping them reform their sales and marketing processes, manage their distribution channels. He received his bachelor's in business administration from Cleveland State University, majoring in industrial (B2B) marketing.
