I see a lot of content theft from my site short-funny.com. And they rank better for my jokes that I wrote. So if somebody copy the whole website Google will know that my site is the right one. Plus the Moz analysis showed that I should use it. I need somehow to stop content scrapers.

My site redirects http://www.anydomainblabla.com to www.anydomainblabla.com

So I guess I have to do it like this

I have a Top 100 on 10 sites (pagination). Shall I use always the same title? Or can I used on each site a slightly different title (e.g. Jokes Top 100 | Part 3)

Thanks for your answer. But my site is not a local business. It is basically a collection of information that help people worldwide. I live in the Czech Republic, so I can not post to directories with local businesses.

Does somebody know editorial web directories where it is still worth posting your link (like Dmoz)?

Thanks everybody. Great help!!! I have a web site with jokes I like to promote and I guess I will just start with the opensiteexporer. I will go easy on links and focus more on the qualtity and quantity of content. I guess I will build like 2-3 new links a month.

My wife made a new web site and now we are trying to promote it. But I wonder if there is any risk by having too many links and mentions in the beginning (for a brand new site).

I realy don't understand how Google could posibly devaluate a link because the site displays the same content with www and without www. I mean did somebody recently saw a devaluation of a domain because of this isue? I somehow can not belive this because it is the standard when geting a new webspace that the new website display the same content with and without www.

I noticed that when somebody copy and paste something form my blog a strange code is added to the link: Expample: http://www.janik.cc/webdesigner-blog/2011/02/sample/#ixzz1FQvadWNV

Is the #ixzz1FQvadWNV maybe not that good in a seo view of point?
