Garrett trust me you are doing it right and especially for the client end I don’t really see any need of it. The most they can deliver you is some extra amount of traffic (with the bounce rate of 90% and plus) as far as the link equity from social bookmarking is concern, it’s more like directories.

The reason why they are shocked is because they have no idea how to ACTUALLY build quality links so they keep workin on shit that are not important at all in my opinion.

Ok, I believe there are two ways of doing this.

1. If you want to keep the URLs separate then use rel=canonical on the pages so that Google can find where the original content is located but in that case you might not see all the URLs in the SERP results.
2. Why don’t you include a drop down menu on the product page that asks for a product colors. This way when someone will buy the product, they have to choose the color. In this case you have to have only one URL that asks the person to choose the color of the product before proceed to the next level.

There is no rule book for crafting titles except one and that is to create the titles that encourage users to click on the website plus after reading they get a clue of what they are going find in the website. The idea is to test different titles and see is working for you and your business.

I have experienced website that receives are better click ratio when the brand name was added and for few other websites the CTR goes higher as we remove the brand name from the title.

My advice for you is to test and see what works best for you!!

I believe what you are saying is that every time, someone search for property, every new filter creates a new URL on runtime.

If this is the case, my advice is to exclude the search URLs from the index or rewrite the URL to make it one URL for all searches.

For instance, instead of new URLs on every filter, try to make a single URL for search like http://www.domain.com/seach.php. This way, the URL for the search will be similar for all the search combinations.
