I have a website that is imposed partial action by Google due to unnatural links.  We are in the process to clean up those links.  At the same time, I want to add more content to the same website.  My concern is whether the new content pages will be affected by Google's action as well.  Should I wait until we finish the cleanup and get a green light from Google?  In addition, will it be worth doing some on-page optimization on the pages that are affected by unnatural links and Google's penalty?  Please advise.

My reconsideration request was declined by Google.  Google said that some of the links to my site (www.pianomother.com) are still outside its quality guidelines.  We provide piano lessons and sheet music on the site. Three samples are given.

2. http://vivienzone.blogspot.com/2009/06/learning-how-to-play-piano.html

3. http://interiorpianoservice.com/links/

The first one is obvious because it is a link exchange page.  I don't understand why the 2nd and 3rd ones are considered "inorganic links" by Google. The 2nd link is a blog that covers various topics including music, health, computer, etc.  The 3rd one is a page of the site that provides piano related services.  Other resources related to piano including my website are listed on the page.

Please help.

We did receive a warning from Google.  Here is the message.

"Unnatural links to your site—impacts links

Google has detected a pattern of unnatural artificial, deceptive, or manipulative links pointing to pages on this site. Some links may be outside of the webmaster’s control, so for this incident we are taking targeted action on the unnatural links instead of on the site’s ranking as a whole."

Matt Cutts said that some bad link examples will be provided along with the warning.  But I could not find the examples.  Where can I find the examples in WMT?  It makes it much harder to figure out which links should be removed or disavowed without the example links.

Google WMT shows that there are thousands of links pointing to the pages of my website from mrwhatis.net. Among the links, hundreds of them have the same anchor text.  Here are some examples.

The links pointing to my site on the above pages share the same link title "Canon In D Sheet Music | Canon In D Music Score".

My question is - are these links considered unnatural links by Google based on your experience?  Why and why not?  I want to get some ideas before I ask Google to disavow these links.

I think the blog owner likes my site.  And she did the same type of linking to other sites too.  I already emailed her and asked her to add rel="nofollow" to the <a>tag or move the link to the body of an blog article.  But I am still waiting for her response.</a>

Thank you for your input.  This is only one of the blogs that have sidebar links to my site.  There are thousands of this type of links.  Google imposed a partial action to my site.  Here is the message from Google.

Should I get rid of all this type of links?  What is a healthy link profile?

Somebody embedded a link to one of my websites on the sidebar of her blog.  It ends up hundreds of links from this blog.  Will this type of links be considered unnatural links by Google?  Here is the url of the blog.
