I hope i understand you question. and here is what you can do in future.

you can give a link to your site from your company name or domain. Its a fair thing. Avoid getting links from keywords like web designing company, web designing company in city kind of words. you can write that site is designed and developed by company and can give a link to your site from that company name.

If you can remove the link form whole statement and give a link from your brand name I think it will benefit you more. if they are like thousands in numbers start with few good sites and do it gradually as you get time. so it will not harm your link graph and anchor text too.

Start with a company blog, find a particular niche in what your company is doing and start writing things about that.

Invite one or two good industry writers for writing on your blog. So if you cant write they can help you.

Start following good blogs, twitter accounts of your competitors, industry vertical and other influential of your business area, so you can have the idea and news about the new and current things which is shaping your industry. It also become a thought for your blog post.

Do some local, participate in some events which relates to your business, help them to promote by mentioning in your blogs.

Dont search for where to get links, strive for the good content from your industry. Ask your offline marketing department give you some hint about core value of your company and product so you can write it down.

Create a video interview of your owners, customers publish them.

Gather a data of industry and try if you can make a good infograph.

There are a lot more things you can do with new companies, ask others to share their experience why they join this new company and so on..

You can get backl-inks from profile and kind of stuff. But the real value is traffic not the backlinks, How many users share or tweet your post or tweet.

My site is hosted on VPS with dedicate IP.

The problem I am facing is my site is indexed and cached by domain, IP address and name server.

I am able to open all the pages via www.xyz.com and and IP 1.1.1.1 and the name sever like ns1. hosted.com

And if I USE site operator in google for 1.1.1.1 and ns1.hosted.com there are so many pages which is cache and in sites.

Is it any server issue my hosting company give me a reply as given below

"This is because that site is on the same ip as the nameserver. This is completely correct and normal. This is not an error."

Is it true ?

Hi folks,

We are having trouble in indexing, We have certain pages which are not coming in results when I am using the site operator in Google.

for e.g. : sitename.com/widgets/red

They are not showing any link results in Google webmaster tools too.

But the pages which only linked through them are displaying in results when I am using site operator.

for e.g: sitename.com/widgets/red/large

We are redirecting some of the search which are close or exact match to the respective pages

for e.g: sitename.com/search/red  --> sitename.com/widgets/red

We are fluctuating on rankings too in google serps form top ppositions to no where, for sitename.com/widgets/red and most of the times when google shows sitename.com/search/red  instead of itename.com/widgets/red.

Can you please put a light on this issues.

Its shows you duplicate pages because, too little difference in search engine readabel text between all this pages.

Like you compare the title and only two words are different. You compare the page content only middle paragraph is different in all other pages.

Try to right different titles and description for all the pages. And Possible Add little bit more content.

I think it will helps a page to be stand as a unique.

I am saying that please dont do anything with this kind of services. SEO is time consuming and slow process which gives you better ROI when doing with right process.

Perhaps it will give you early success, if you are lucky. But in future you have to face any kind of penalities and traffic drops.

And also doing directories manually is more advisable as you need to select powerful good directories and more relevant categories to your site.

Plus I've doubt that major good social bookmarking sites allowed automated software to place bookmark is their site.

It is not at all necessary to add the city name behind the keyword for targeting regional visitor.

Please use the local address if you have physical location.

Use Google Places, (Local) to list out the business.

Getlisted.org will give you more guideline on this.

Yes its possible by server side that you cant open a url with capital letters if you are using small letters.

But I dont think google will talke capitalisation in consideration.

Is it showing you in Google webmaster tool in duplicate titles and duplicate descriptions ?

If its showing then ask your coder to play with .htaccess to stop opening a url with different small - capital letter combination.
