Scott Golembiewski is CEO of TuneyFish Inc. with founded in 2008 to create user generated video community of auto enthusiasts who work on cars, modify cars or simply have a curiosity of how cars work.
TuneyFish.com is the video portal and the technology platform designed entirely from the ground up and built on top of Amazon Web Services. Every video uploaded is converted into multiple formats (1 high def 16:9, 1 standard def 4:3, and an iPhone, iPod, PSP version).
The video player technology, which includes an embedded flash player has a custom built advertising overlay feature that allows the content owner to monetize their videos, and advertisers to target their campaigns to videos that may show installation of their products.
In late 2009, TuneyFish made a shift to the B2B market and launched thedealerblog.com due to a high demand for dealers to engage and create engaging content and also due to a lack of video content producers on Tuneyfish.com and manufacturers who were not yet understanding the problem that video can solve which is visually presenting products and their intended use in whatever applications they were designed.
