It's such a minefield as to know what approach to take, and what advise to believe. What I want to do is to create great campaigns and content hubs, that are stimulating to the audience. I don't actually want to link build in the manner above - but if that is the thing that works, then hey...

We can't use Moz Local as we're in the UK. Tempted to use Whitespark, but not quite sure what the differences are between the two.

Also, can a website design / digital marketing agency be considered to be a local business - in Googles eyes?
