Toolbar not working in Firefox

Really strange thing on my laptop, the seomoz toolbar is not working with FF 6.
I have the same set up in the office on a PC and all is fine there.
Basically it shows the tool bar but no info, states log in but when you click on this it takes you to the seomoz site and states the website is down, which is false as the website is working as I type now.
I have uninstalled the the toolbar and then reinstalled it from the research tools, still no joy.
Can anyone help?

Hi! Is the toolbar still not working? I'm wondering if perhaps this was happening when we were having issues with the website. Normally as Rich stated, uninstalling and reinstalling works, sorry that didn't work! Another thing is, you need to make sure and have 3rd party cookies enabled.

Tried that already as mentioned, didn't work.

This happened to me not too long ago when I updated my Firefox to 6.0.2 all I had to do was reinstall the toolbar from the Seomoz site and it works fine now

Fresh Web Explorer explorer doesnt seem to work properly
How do I get Fresh Web Explorer explorer to work properly. The feedback I’m getting shows that my brand, Health 2000 had over 4000 mentions on Monday the 13th of January. However when I check out the links that supposedly mention our brand, they bring up general terms related to Health and make no reference to our brand. How can I refine this?

Working with Open Site Explorer
Hi everyone, I'm new to keyword analysis, and am in the process of consuming a lot of SEOmoz articles and resources on the subject. I wanted to see if I'm correct in my analysis of two compared sites, and hope you can shed some light on the matter. I've been to the Google Keyword Tool and looked for my informational keywords for the project I'm working on, since the user intent is all about information. A not-so-great keyword phrase I've found with 12,100 local monthly searches is: "programa de inglês" (english programme) I'm just using this as a quick example. I have performed a Google search query for the above phrase from google.com.br (Brazil), and I'm comparing the #2 and #4 results from the 1st page of the SERPs which are: #2) www.programa-ingles.net and #4) http://www.baixaki.com.br/categorias/educacao-e-diversao.htm. What's confusing me is that in Open Site Explorer, the #4 result gets a much higher page authority compared to the #2 result, and beats #2 on every category except for internal–external link ratio and all the social categories. Here's an image attached of the comparison. Is it the fact that the external links of #2 account for 100% of the links pointing to it, or that the #2 position beats (rather pitifully) #5 on social sharing, or is it something that I've not stumbled across yet? Keyword Difficulty Tool not working!
Hello everyone, I quite new to the pro service and I am still on my free trial and I have to say that it is perfect! However, I haven't been able to use the keyword difficulty tool for a couple of days as it keeps saying that there is a problem and that I should try again in 20 minutes. I tried several times and 9 out of 10 times I get this message. I have only managed to get a couple of keywords analyzed. Keep in mind that most of the times I am not using English terms but since it worked in the past I would think that this is not the problem. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

How can you set SEOmoz to work with your dev site behind an htpasswd?
All sites need to be developed from the small to the grand - and this takes time. Development usually takes place on a subdomain different from our live domain. It is locked down behind an htpasswd during development so its not picked up by searching engines - that may create duplicate content issues if when the site goes live it has already scanned our site on the development server. Its also a security implementation to keep the site away from prying eyes before its ready for launch There could be security holes that have not been tweaked. Whats the best strategy to get SEOmoz involved in this scenario. Its tools are invaluable to the SEO part of the build - but the seomoz crawler bot has a different IP address (being cloud based) - so we cannot just let a single IP address through our htpasswd. Also is there a way to link the dev and live site in seomoz - so when it goes live to maintain all teh same logs without having to create two seperate site campaigns? Thanks!
