Recommended Custom Reporting Tool?
-
Can anyone recommend a reporting system I can use to send reports to my clients based on their campaigns in SEOMOZ This appears to be a missing link in the program - Or as a newbie I just have not found it yet. Thanks in advance!

I appreciate your feedback...I have opened windows for all these resources (some of which I am a bit familiar) and see what I can do. Thanks again.

Lately, I have been using www.woorank.com to run the initial analysis for the quote and then I use raventools for the ongoing reporting to the client.

A gal I used to work with white labeled her reports with this: http://www.webceo.com/ It costs a few hundred bucks. I've been trying this tool by http://www.link-assistant.com/ recently that's priced around the same, but it's not working so well securing the ranking information I need. So, this month I have to do all my reports manually again!
I guess we are. I had no idea you were my neighbor to the north. Get down to Seattle often? I love Vancouver when I can get up that way.

Hey Thanks! That is what I am saying...it seems very time consuming for each client to copy and paste all this stuff. But I don't really want SEOMOZ all over the reports. I know there are some programs (sorta like SEOMOZ) that offer customized reports you can send to clients, but they don't have the same level of respect from me as SM - which is why I FINALLY committed and starting working the pro system. Yeah, I guess I was hoping for an easier, less time consuming way. Alas...I wait for Google. Don't they have a lab or tool for just about anything from creating new planets to how to digest peanut shells in virtual reality? thanks for your comment tho. PS We are close by ...just a couple hours. Cheers.

Thanks for the questions - sorry wasn't more clear. Please see my response in the next comment

Are you asking for a white label solution? You can .pdf the reports in SEOmoz and deliver them if you're o.k .with the SEOmoz logo on it.
However, if you're looking for white label solutions, you have to either buy some other 3rd part tools or take the data and throw it into a spreadsheet and format it for a client. It's what I do...grab the data from various sources or sometimes even screen capturing some of the stuff here because the graphics is very nice & deliver it to clients in that way. It's a bit time consuming and why I'm trying to find an optimal tool myself to present rankings. It's why I asked recently for any recommendations on a great subscription or tool that can do this as well. Most have one problem or another unfortunately.

Harmony, I'm not exactly sure what you mean? Are you looking for a 'ranking tool' which you can use to report search positions to your clients? Wasn't very clear so I thought I would reach out.

Where is the link prospecting tool?
I feel like last year when Moz was still SEOMoz I used a beta tool that would help you build a bunch of queries for link prospecting. You would tell it what your sites about and a few other pieces of information, and it would give you a list of google queries to get you started (ie inurl:directory <industryname> +"add site"</industryname>). However, I'm having a hard time finding this tool, or any reference to it on the web. It's also possible that it wasn't a moz tool but I'm misremembering where I found it. Does anybody have any idea what I'm talking about?

How do you explain this in this Keyword Difficulty Report?
Hello here, I am trying to understand how my site virtualsheetmusic.com can better compete for the keyword "sheet music download" where we used to be 3rd until a few months ago, and now we are at the 5th spot. But here is my specific question: I can't find an explanation why two of our competitors are ranked before us at the 3rd and 4th spot. Please, look at the attached image (very wide) which shows the Keyword Difficulty Report for this keyword. You can also download a PDF of it here below: http://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/storage/keyword-sheet-music-download.pdf We are at the 5th spot, and the two competitors highlighted in pink are the ones I am talking about: I am trying to understand why they are ranking better than us, despite our metrics look much better than theirs. In fact, if I look at the metrics in the report, I can't find an explanation to justify their outrank against us, so there must be something else that the report is missing. Any thoughts about this issue are very welcome! Thank you in advance for any help. Sincerely,

Order of urls in SEOMoz crawl report
Is there any rhyme or reason to the order of urls in the SEOMoz crawl report, or are the urls just listed in random order?

Are organic site links excluded in the rankings report?
If I'm pulling a rankings report for a specific subdomain and a different subdomain appears at the main result and the specific subdomain is a site link beneath it, does that show up in the results? It doesn't seem to in my report.

Where is the keyword difficulty tool data sourced from?
I also use Market Samurai, and I've noticed what seem to be big discrepancies with the keyword data presented by this (data comes from Majestic SEO) and the Keyword Difficulty Tool. To take just one example, I analyze the term "how to remove tea stains" In the Keyword Difficulty Tool, this returns the following: Root Domain Linking Root Domains: 2,233 Page Linking Root Domains: 4 When I use Market Samurai, however, the data returned is: RDD (Domains linking to this domain): 19,911 RDP (Domains linking to this page): 19 I thought that these two metrics were the same for both tools, but I've written them out in case someone sees a difference. As I say, Market Samurai data is sourced from Majestic SEO - a reputable SEO company - but I have no idea where the Keyword Difficulty Tool data is from, nor why these differences are so pronounced? Are they indeed the same metrics in both cases, or am I missing something? Any insight would be much appreciated.

Best way to use OSE Advanced Reports
I can see that Open Site Explorer's Advanced Reports feature is very powerful in terms of sifting through large amounts of link data, but does anyone have any useful tips on how to get the most out it? I want to use my 5 reports a month, but I want to make to maker sure I'm making the most of that allowance.
