What are best keywords, category labels and tags to get best ranking in before and after photo posts

Your welcome,
any time.

Thank you very much,
Brooke

I would suggest that since your current images are already ranking well then I wouldn't worry about them at this point, since it looks like it will probably hurt more to change them then to leave as is.
Just note that any more images added to your site should contain optimized keyword rich file names and "alt" tags.
-
Thank you very much. Need I worry that the current photos which appear in google images that are up and ranked well will disappear until the crawlers find them again and re rank them?
-
Your welcome,
yes, naming files properly will definitely benefit your page optimization, although not drastically, look at it more as a boost to your UX or user experience.
Unfortunately, you will have to delete your current image files in the media gallery and re-upload them for your new file names to display. Remember if you are working off of the live server your images will take awhile to update, due to browser caching, so don't freak out if the old names are still appearing =} If you have anymore question please ask. Hope that helps.
-
Thank you.
Many of my photos come from "my Pictures" with various "file names"
I do use alt tag but from my reading tonight it appears file name is important as well. For example I posted a tummy tuck photo ot appears in the proper place"Before and After Photos Tummy Tuck" on google but when you click on image it says Amanda.
I am assuming I must change file names on my pictiures and re load images into Worpress Media Gallery-?? correct

Hi there,
You would have to do a little bit of keyword research to find which words or phrases yield the best results. Start with the Google Adwords keyword tool. You have to sign up for an account if you don't have one already.
-
Once you have established your account, make sure to uncheck the 'Broad' category and check on the 'Exact' category in the left sidebar area.
-
Type in varies keywords or phrases you already have in mind then hit search.
-
Review the 'local' results to find how many times a month that keyword is searched on Goolge. This should give you further insight on which words or phrases you should use on your pictures.
You can also 'View Source' on other competitors websites to see what keywords they are using to also get a good starting point.

Using Adwords to determine effective SEO keywords
Hello, My name is Mitchell and I'm new to the MOZ community and to the SEO field. I just recently launched an e-commerce website that sells refurbished laptops and computers and I have been researching ways to bring traffic and sales to our website. I understand that the first step to building an effective SEO campaign is to determine effective keywords to build from: targeted traffic + good volume.I've used several online tools to find relevant keywords and it appears that most of the relevant keywords are already Highly competitive and the first 2 Google pages are usually taken over by big name brands.I understand that I need to find low competition long tail keywords and start my way up from there.Assuming that I find 5-10 long tail keywords with low competition and decent search volume, here are my questions:- Should I test these long tail keywords with Google Adwords to find out if they convert well BEFORE I optimize my website for them?- Since I will be having several different long tail keywords, do I need to have a separate webpage on my site for each? (I believe that it's suggested to have one page per keyword, maximum 2)- If yes, does that mean that each long tail keyword needs to have it's own back links to bring in traffic?- Should I optimize my homepage for a long tail keyword as well? or should I optimize it for the more broader keywords and create sub-pages for the long tail keywords?- One of my site's main products is a very popular item and has high competition and search volume. Would it make sense to purchase a domain name that spells out the item (ej. HP-Pavillion-DV6.com) and publish reviews, specs and information about the item there (using a blogging service like Tumbler or Wordpress)? Or redirect the domain name to a page on my site with that information? Or just create a page on my site with that information and create back-links to it? Thanks in advance for your taking the time to respond and for your invaluable feedback. Respectfully, Mitchell.

'key word' SEO question
Does having ' ' around your keyword/phrase within the content on your website have an effect on SEO for that keyword?

For example, in the copy of my site, we reference 'buy local' instead of buy local. I am trying to optimize for buy local and I am wondering if the apostrophes are getting in the way? Thank you so much! -Sam0 -
Way of including Keyword into content
Hi all! My website is that of a large 7 bedroom luxury villa in Barbados (www.bruadair.com). Now, I am having problems understanding how i can include my targeted keywords in to my content without it looking unnatural and disrupting the quality of the content. I wish to use the keyword phrase 'Large luxury villa in Barbados' however including this directly into on-page elements seems to look unnatural. My current content on my home page is as follows 'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa situated on the prestigious Platinum West Coast of Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away' I want to rank for this keyword however changing to 'Bruadair is a large luxurious villa in Barbados, located in a beautiful tropical setting with gorgeous beaches just minutes walk away' degrades the quality of the content... is there anyway i can get round this issue? I greatly appreciate any help/advice given to my problem! Thanks once again, T

Press Release Title Optimization
I'm getting ready to distribute a press release on PRWeb and had a question regarding the proper way to optimize the headline. Should I use our targeted keywords or our brand in the headline? We don't have a really strong brand, we are not a very well know company throughout the business world. The choices would read like this: "Maker of Blue Widgets Receives Pretigous [big company name] Award" or "[Brand Name] Receives Prestigious [big company name] Award" Any thoughts? Thanks -Brandon
