Funnels and Analytics
-
I want to see how much money a page is making. So how many people convert from that page. Do I need to create a funnel for all the category pages? That would be many many funnels.
Thanks!

I'm assuming your site is geared towards e-commerce?
if so you'll need the Google Analytics E-Commerce Tracking code implemented on your checkout. It essentially passes your shopping cart to Google when people check out. The data is then correlated against existing page view data to give you conversion info by page. You can set up some really good segments to track conversions by traffic source too.
Have a look at

Hope this helps

Would updating Meta Titles affect Google analytics tracking?
Hi All, I need a little bit of help. We need to optimize our blog's articles Meta titles for SEO which all exceed 100 characters. I was told that if we change the titles, google analytics would split the tracking pages and count the data as 2 pages (old title and new title). Has any of you have this experience before and if so, is there a way to avoid google analytics counting this as two pages? Thanks in advance! Which one should I use...Google Analytics or AFS Analytics
Hi There, I am about to implement analytics for a customer site and I am wondering if I should use Google Analytics or https://www.afsanalytics.com ? I am leaning towards Google since it's pretty mainstream but I would love some feedback on the AFS ! Thanks everyone! Gary

How to identify rising keywords in analytics?
Hi Guys I just spotted in the Google Analytics > Traffic Sources > Search Engine Optimisation > Queries section a keyword that on the 27th Feb went from generating 35 impressions per day to 2000 impressions per day. This was down to people searching for a newly launched product. Does anyone know how I can identify any increases like this easily? I only came across this by accident, and I am 1 month behind the times. It would have been ideal to pick this up closer to the time so I could capitalise and write some great content on the topic. Thanks Paul

Multi-Channel Funnels
Happy Monday all! Just a quick question about the Multi-Channel Funnels in Google Analytics. I'm looking at the Assisted Conversions report over a set data range. I'm shown Assisted Conversion Value and Last Interaction Conversion Value for a PPC campaign. Would I be correct in thinking that the total value attributed to a campaign would the total of these values? For example, let's say I spend £100 on a PPC campaign and the Assisted Conversion Value is £50 and the Last Interaction Conversion Value is £100. Is the total value of this campaign £150? I guess this would make the campaign a success as the ROI from the campaign would be positive. Look forward to hearing all your thoughts! Cheers,
