How to read Crawler downloaded report
-
I am trying to seperate the duplicate title and description URLs, by looking at the report i am not getting how to find all urls which contain same title and description. Is there any video link on the site which walk me through each part of the report.
Thanks,
Punam

Howdy,
If you click on the number listed in the "Other URLs" column, you'll land on the report that contains the other URLs with the same issue (duplicate title or duplicate content)
Here's a screenshot of where to click https://skitch.com/cyrusshepard/eyc9s/duplicate-page-title-free-advice-root-crawl-includes-subdomains-seomoz-pro
Unfortunately, the report is usually limited to only 5 URLs, and the CSV may not list everything for you either.
The good news is that these are generally caused by repeating problems and there is generally a pattern you can discern. Once you fix one duplicate content/title tag error, you often fix the rest.
Oh, and here's a video overview of the Crawl Diagnostics tab.
Hope that helps. Best of luck.

Thanks Mark, but to find out what is that title and common to how many pages, i mean as in Google webmaster tools i can see duplicate title or description or content report like:
<title>Duplicate Title 1</title>
URL1
URL2
URL3
<title>Duplicate Title 2</title>
URL1
URL2
URL3
this way i can see what is the actual title and which URL needs to be worked on. same way i can t seperate out the duplicate content report, e.g as i can see in summary that these 4 pages having duplicate content like in groups.
Thanks again,
Punam

If you use the download csv feature and it drops it into excel you will need to look for column "M" and "O". This will tell you "URLs with duplicate content" and "URL's with duplicate title tags". Just sort by these columns first...then sort by the URL in column A and you will know which pages you need to make a change on.
Hope this helps.
Mark

Why does page report still have "Too Many Links" alert?
I'm a new Moz Pro user and see that the on-page optimization report includes "too many links" on page and references the "100 links" guideline that Google no longer endorses: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=l6g5hoBYlf0 Too many links is still an issue in terms of passing link juice, but not much else. Matt Cutts has stated that it is fine to have many internal links in this regard. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Universal results not in pdf or csv reports
Right now, the universal results show up when I look at tankings on the site, but do not show up at all in the weekly pdf reports. They also did not appear in the full rankings history .csv report. They only appear in the weekly csv report, and then, the information is not as detailed as it is on the website (it only shows whether a universal exists, but doesn't indicate at what position it shows up). This limits the usefulness of these reports to my customers. I need to be able to show them rankings histories, including universal results, in their monthly or weekly reports. Including the charts would be nice as well. Since I can individually download the .pdfs for these for each keywords, why can't we just include it in the monthly reports. Also, would like to be able to view rankings history for all three search engines at once for a keyword, or multiple keywords to reduce the number of pages in a report. Can you add this feature?

Is anybody else having problems with Open Site Explorer downloads
I've been trying to get a CSV for linking domains for two days now and still have nothing. It got to the "Finalizing" status within a few hours and stayed that way for about 24 hours, and now it's back to the beginning of a "pending" status.

Inbound Links Report Problem
While looking over my competitors inbound link report, they have a reported 5K inbound links. The first 20 listed inbound domains are things like UPS, and other sites that when I look at them, and the source file has no link to their domain at all??? So are they using some kind of Black Hat technique, or is SEOMoz not reporting properly? Help please.

On the Crawl Diagnostics Summary, its reporting over 100 "Title Missing or Empty" issues, but they all check out fine?
Wondering if there Is a bug with the crawler or known timeout issues? Site speed is fast, but we do run a couple of large cron jobs out of hours, which may be the cause of any timeouts, but shouldn't the crawler report that, rather saying no title tags on 100 pages, when there are? SEOmoz newbie, so still finding my feet 🙂

On Page Report Card... with or w/o local modifiers?
Hey all! So I am curious how you recommend using the "on page report card" (which is really helpful) along with the concept of local modifiers. IE, here is a term I am going after: business forums but really I care about a specific location: business forums | Greensboro NC So the word I hear is typically to do your keyword research & page optimization FOR the primary term, but then tack on your local modifiers after. So which do you run reports on? Probably both is the best answer, eh? Obviously my local sites won't have a shot at ranking nationally/internationally for such a broad term as "business forums", especially with some monster sites out there with some serious clout. This is more of a best practices question. Thanks dudes.
