Link juice pass on

We operate in a few countries and so have our .com website redirect to the country the person is from.
I was wondering how the link juice worked in this case, does it simply stop at .com, or does it get split evenly over the sites it's redirecting to.
We have just bought the .org site as well, I am to believe that link juice from a .org to a .org is better than from a .org to a .com. We have redirected the .org to the .com which then goes the the relevant country's site.
An example of link juice would be...
Say an Australian organisation with a .org site links to our .org site, the link juice then goes from our .org site links to our .com site, and this then geo links back through to our .com.au site.
Would it be a lot better to link directly from .org to our .com.au site in this instance, or for the sake of all the sites, would the current method work okay?

Yes it would, every hop leaks link juice, bing will not pass link juice thought 2 hops at all.

What does matter is how you handle googlebot when it comes to your site?

I've ran a back link check and discovered a good back link to a site which then gets redirected back to my company's website. I have a feeling that an old SEO agency has purchased a small website which has a decent link back from a relevant organisation with a high Domain authority and then redirects the domain to our website to get the link juice. Company is spliting up and moving to new domains, trying to keep link juice going forward
A company I am doing SEO work for is splitting into 3 and will be hosted on three separate domains. I am getting 2 of the 3, however, I am not getting the domain that has most links going to it. What is the best practice to carry any link juice going to my divisions to the new domain names? Should I contact sites linking to my divisions content on the old site and ask them to link to my new sites? Should I do 301 redirects to help carry links to my new sites? Also, I found this guide in moz http://moz.com/blog/seo-guide-how-to-properly-move-domains its from 2009, but is this still considered the best practices for moving to new domains or is there an updated guide I should be using?

Hello, I have just been checking my link profile and according to webmaster tools a competitor is linking to my website. Is there anyway of finding this link besides looking at every page within their website? Many thanks

33k links from Yahoo?
Google WMT says I have over 33,000 backlinks from Yahoo.net, linking to 4 different pages on my site. I am not sure if these are nofollow or not, but I would assume they are. It also says I have almost 4,000 links from feedblitz. Should I be concerned or do something about either of these two things? I am pretty unfamiliar with RSS feeds.

Am I correct in stating that linking to every article about your company is a bad idea. I see a lot of sites with followed links to the articles that link to them. Is this not devaluing the link? I've been recommending removing the links or no indexing the page and no following the links. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
