Do you work to improve website page speed performance? If not, could you recommend any person or company that can get the job done?
Thanks,

At the bottom of the Site Performance page in Webmaster Tools is a link to the Google's Page Speed tool, available for Firefox or Chrome. So you can add that tool into your firefox and see you page speed factors. Over here i have recommend some key factors for improving page speed.
- Reduce the amount of java script parsed during the page load
- Eliminate uncacheable landing page redirects.
- Optimize images that they are properly formatted and compressed image. Reducing the size of image files has been a good practice.
- Mention every style in CSS files.
- Your web server software can send information to web browsers to help them cache information and operate more efficiently.
- Monitor hosting environment and upgrade host when necessary.
- Utilizing good practices in your page coding and in managing your hosting setup are important components to your site's success.

- Compress images.
- Clean up your HTML code, removing inline javascript and CSS blocks that are more than 5 lines to external .js and .css files.
- Install caching for whatever platform your own - WordPress, etc.
- Get your site up and running on a CDN. It's easy, and it makes a huge difference.
- Turn on GZIP compression on your server or on the CDN.
- Set up expires headers in the far future for 'static' files, so that browsers cache stuff.
- Optimize the way your site (assuming it uses e-commerce or some kind of CMS) accesses the database. Preferably, use some form of disk caching.
- Set up code caching, as well: Most languages have a way to cache compiled versions of the scripts executed on the site. For example, in php you can use the PHP accelerator.
- Make sure the database and site are on separate servers.
- Make sure you've got a good outgoing 'pipe'.

Page speed in relation to SEO
I cannot seem to find any information about this, so I thought I would try to get a few people's opinion. How do you think pagespeed is measured in terms of Google using it as a ranking factor? Do you think they use their internal Pagespeed app? Something during the crawl? Your GA site speed?

Cached version of website
Hi, Upon checking the text cache view of our home page, I noticed the mobile menu links are also coming in text format which looks weird. Please see: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:indialetsplay.com&biw=1366&bih=638&noj=1&strip=1 Our coder told us that he has created separate menu i.e. one version for the desktop and one for the mobile version. Anyway, the reason the coder created a different menu for mobile in order to support the design requirements. Does the duplicating the menu good for on page SEO? Give the best solution for handling it.

HTML Site for Speed
I have a few small sites and landing pages on Wordpress that I want to load a lot quicker than they do. It occurred to me that if there is not a lot of content management necessary, I should simply make the static web pages straight html instead of trying all the modifications necessary to get some Wordpress sites and themes to load quicker. I have noticed the html sites I have load lighting fast on slow hosting service. Is this a good idea, can anyone think of drawbacks to it? Security? Responsiveness? SEO? And what about taking some company's sites with blog straight html so the home page loads quick, and then using Wordpress for the blog?

Are sidewide badge links can harm your website?
Hey all, I wanted to check if links that have built naturally over the past years, linking from a badge (image) sitewide, can harm the linked website? Here is some more information: 1. It's from a competition that the winners were able to add the badge with the link to their site (the link to our website was to a subpage, not homepage). 2. There are around 15 websites with the badge as a link. The website has around 200 root domain links. There will not be any more websites with the badge, just these 15. 3. The sitewide links percentage are 5% of the overall number of pages linked to our website. Based on the last penguin update (4th of October, 2013), can our website be harmed from the badge link building?

Document.referrer Is that harmful to my website?
Someone (maybe my Competitors) open a subdomain on tumblr.com. Just like keywordxxx.tumblr.com , and use following script to redirect to my website. var s=document.referrer; if(s.indexOf("google")>0 || s.indexOf("bing")>0 || s.indexOf("yahoo")>0 || s.indexOf ("aol")>0){ self.location='mywebsiteurl'; } so , If anyone seach in google ,and click on keywordxxx.tumblr.com , this script will direct the user to my website. I have found many cases like that, is that harmful ? how can i avoid that?

How to SEO a Website Built off Godaddy?
I have a client whose website is built off Godaddy services. I know Godaddy is not the right choice for building a website, but what's done is done. The client has already bought the Godaddy services and there's no way I can tell him to go rebuild his website before we could optimize it for SEO. I'm already facing a lot of challenges while optimizing on-page elements. When I wanted to verify the ownership for Google Analytics and Webmaster Tool via his Godaddy account. the process failed many times. it looks like Godaddy is using some kind of caching not allowing us to modify the codes. For example, I'd applied the site verification codes for Webmasters Tool 48 hours ago, and the metatag for google site verification is not yet updated in the frontend. It's quite frustrating. What would you suggest?
