Regarding Google Reconsideration

Hi Webmaster,
Our website recent affected after the panda update. We got the mail from Google webmaster tools regarding the unnatural backlinks for our website. Due do this update we have edited most of the backlinks with natural way.
Our question is we had submitted more free directories, from free directories we are getting more backlinks, like from a single domain we are getting more than 50+links, those are coming from the tags pages, also those are one way links, so we can’t edit that. Is it good for the website? After that edit we had sent couple of Google reconsideration report. But we got the reply like still you have the bad neighborhood links.
Previously it was ranking well before the Google panda update.
Could you please help me?

My last unnatural links client had a backlink profile that was riddled with directory links....definitely not natural.
When you get hit with an unnatural links penalty Google wants to see that you have made a huge effort to remove every single link that was made by your own hand (or by your SEO). You definitely need to try to get rid of those directory links.
You also need to thoroughly document your attempts to remove the links - emails, emails to whois email address, contact forms, etc.
Don't fool yourself into thinking that the high PR links are probably ok. I have seen that many webmasters fail their reconsideration request because they try to keep too many links.

Can you post the exact message you've received from Google related with the reconsideration requests sent ?

Hi Kristi,
My advice to you would be to remove all links you deem unnatural and the one you can't remove put on a Google doc and send it with your reconsideration.
Make sure you tell Google how much you tried to have them removed and provide as many details as possible;

Can you provide your website URL please so I can take a look at your link profile.
Free directories (and lots of them) certainly wont help your link profile. If anything, I would spend my time on removing the already existing directory links instead of building more...

Hi, I got a website that have a lot of information on job posting. The domain name will be new but i just want to redirect all of the old single job pages (around 300 pages). To the new domain pages but keep the old domain because it's already been indexed by google. The design will change but the content will kinda be the same. Is this a good approach? 01 November 2013 - A possible Google's update??
Hello Guys! On 01 November 2013, one of our website's traffic has been dropped by more than 70%. We had added plenty of domains to the disavow tool, I am just wondering if its a Google's update or the disavow tool has destroyed the site? Any ideas? 9p3sN3p.jpg

Can high SERPS and/or social signals minimize Google penalties and a back linking removal question
As I am continually sizing up my competition in the SERPS I have scanned their sites with a fine tooth and comb. I have found that these sites practice in the very things that I have practiced in the past and have removed thinking that may be some of the reasons I was hit with Penguin. Some of these factors are: Link Scheme with sites they own (C Blocks) Content for Search Engines (Keyword rich text) Exact anchor text in back linking profile Yet even though my competition practices in these methods (One site even places exact anchor text in the footer and header of every page for one of their other forum site) they seem to have not even been touched with any of the recent updates. In fact it seems their ranking have increased. In scanning these sites the only major difference that I have been able to see between them and I is that their SERPS are higher than mine and they have way more social signals than me. One site has about 73k facebook likes where I only have about 300. My question is Can Google ignore penalties for sites that have higher SERPS and /or social signals that would effect another site that had lower ones? My other question is related to back links My main site has links from another site I built a long time ago (Pre SEO and not knowing what I was doing) somewhere in the 73k range. Obviously a HUGE signal to Google that this might be spam and I am aware. I have removed the links from that site but unfortunately the average crawl rate per day is very low so it is taking a very long time for Google to find those pages and re-crawl them to find the links gone. Since that site I have than has those links pointing to my main site has very low traffic I am totally willing to kill that entire site with a 404. Can this help speed up the removal of those links from that site? I figure since the site no longer exists all links from that site will be removed almost immediately from my main site. Any thoughts?

Got Google Warning But No Penalty - Should I Ask for Reconsideration?
I got the following warning from Google yesterday: "Google Webmaster Tools notice of detected unnatural links to [...] We encourage you to make changes to your site so that it meets our quality guidelines. Once you've made these changes, please submit your site for reconsideration in Google's search results. " But my website didn't lose any traffic or ranking so far. Anyway, I'm currently cleaning up my link profile. My question is, since the website didn't seem to have a penalty, should I still submit the website for reconsideration once the clean up is done? If I clean up my link profile, would that warning just go away? Should I avoid a manual review of my website? Thanks for your help.

How might Google differentiate between an artificial link exchange and partners linking to each other?
Hi, All! Artificial link exchanges (contacting a vaguely connected site and requesting to exchange links to increase your PR) is, as far as I know, considered an outdated, not-so-smart technique, as Google might devalue them. Yet, for real business partners to exchange links seems to be an entirely accepted and encouraged technique. While that would be intuitive to a human who's viewing the pages. how might Google detect when two sites that link to each other are linking because they are trusted business associates (valuable) as opposed to when they are doing a link exchange (devalued)? Does anyone have experience with outcomes on listing your products under grouped search results as opposed to separated out. It seems that this can be easily accomplished by using a SKU that is different then others in the listing but I wonder if one ranks better over the other (it appears that grouped searched rank a bit higher). It seems that it would be best to take into consideration the audience you are targeting and what their habits are, i.e. would they be more likely to click on the group searches and look for products that way or do they want to find a reputable brand and would more likely click on that. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated as I am not really finding any information on this subject.

Clarification needed regarding link building
We are working on a SEO project for a client with a bilingual site. We have already started with the link building task for the English domain. However, for the Arabic domain the URLs for the inner pages are not yet finalized and it would take around 2 months to do so. I would like to know whether we could start with link building for the main Arabic domain although the inner pages URLs are not yet finalized?
