Looking for a website review.

Hello,
Our web team and I have been building a e-commerce website for the past couple of months. The project is nearing its end and I was just wondering if there are any big issues on this website that jump out at anyone, besides the fact that it hasn't been submitted anywhere or there has been no link building done yet.
The website is wheelchairparts.com
All feedback and constructive criticism is appreciated!
Thanks!

Hi Mike,
I've just done a quick crawl of your site with Screaming Frog and I can already see quite a few issues. I won't bombard you with all of them but I'll list a few things you can start with:
- Your URLs are a bit messy. There seems to be a pc subfolder somewhere in the site architecture. You may want to remove this folder so that you do not have /pc/ within your URLs.
- All your pages seem to be contained within a /store/ sub folder. You may wish to change this so that only the store pages are contained within this folder and the rest of your pages are contained within the root. This would remove the unnecessary /store/ from all of the URLs.
- Your home page goes through a messy chain of three 301 redirects to the eventual page http://www.wheelchairparts.com/store/pc/home.asp I would remove these redirects so that your home page reads http://www.wheelchairparts.com/ - much neater and user/search engine friendly
- Home page title is too long (>66 characters) and is stuffed with keywords. In fact all the page titles appear stuffed to the brim with keywords. I would change these to be more appealing with your keyword included only once.
- Some of your meta descriptions are too long (>156 characters). I would consider modifying these too be within the character limit.
- Consider removing the Meta keywords tag completely. It is unnecessary and you seem to be spamming it anyway.
- You have several duplicate pages. E.g. http://www.wheelchairparts.com/store/pc/viewCategories.asp and http://www.wheelchairparts.com/store/pc/viewcategories.asp. You will need to fix this issue.
Anyway I think that's probably enough to get going with for now. Hope that helps!
Adam.

Be careful with the "wheelchair" keyword. It shows up in the web copy a lot. You may want to very the keyword with some synonyms to avoid the over optimization penalty. Also, take out the keyword meta tag. It only tells competitors what keywords you are targeting. Keyword stuffed, duplicate titles. I would add Google Analytics for tracking.
Just what I saw from a quick look. I hope it helps.

Homepage Gateway for Website Divisions (Residential / Commercial) Bad for SEO?
When a website offers multiple divisions for products and services would it be a good SEO practice to implement something as Culligan does by having their homepage be a sort of gateway to the different divisions of site (home, office, commercial, industrial)? 2DaYz

HTML and XML sitemaps for one website.
Hi all, First, we have created a HTML sitemap for our wordpress website. Then we again generated XML sitemap and submitted same in search console. It's been more than a week and still new XML sitemap has not been indexed yet. I can still only see HTML sitemap for search results "company sitemap". Also search console do have only XML sitemap. Both sitemaps are accessible but only HTML has been indexed. Is there anything wrong having 2 sitemaps? Why XML sitemap not been indexed? Thanks

Multilingual website in Belgium?
Hi Mozzers, I have a question about a multilingual website for a client for us in Belgium. As you guys know in Belgium we speak French and Dutch. The situation:
Web Design | | WeAreDigital_BE
At the moment we have client.be for the Dutch version of the website and client.be/fr for the French version. All tagged with href lang tags and webmaster tools. The client wants to build a new website. There are three possibilities: 1. We keep using subfolders (same configuration as the current situation). In my head this would be my first choice. 2. We just let them build two separate domains.
client-keywordindutch.be & client-keywordinfrench.be 3. We use subdomains. As the development company is not sure that it is technically possible to use subdomains, I need to know which option is the next best one and which option you would give priority and why? Should we just push through with the subfolder? Thank you for your thoughts!

Looking for a Static Blog Roll (Directory) plug in / tool
I am looking to add a static page to my site to allow people to add their site to a 'master directory". I'd like to make this as SEO friendly as possible. Here's it what I would really like to be able to do. 1. Someone visits the page and can either browse the blog directory on that page, or 2. Fill out a short from that has their blog name, url, short description of their blog, their state, country, and maybe the option to upload an image as well. This way people can search by the state / country to find people near by. 3. I'd like the links to be no-follow. 4. I'm not sure if there is an easy way to do this (I think I've seen some plug in's that may be able to do it.) 5. I'm also not sure if there is anything I'm missing here that could make this better. What I don't want is just a long list of links like everyone has on their side bar. I'd like to make it better, more user friendly, more seo friendly, and more helpful than that. Any creative input on how I might do this is appreciated. Thanks. 🙂

What website CMS system would you suggest?
Hello all! Thanks everyone for making my experience with SEOMOZ so far a great one. There are some really awesome folks here answering questions and we obviously have a great community here. Question We host our sites on dedicated servers with Cpanel. We have a new project that will require that users can log in and create a free Website on a sub domain eg. abc.mainwebsite.com or example.mainwebsite.com So the end user will be able to provide their choice of a sub domain. Then the user can create their website, upload their logo and so on for the free site. (Content management controlled by them) What software would you suggest we use for providing this free service? Thank everyone!
