Do you know if there is an problem with the rank Tracker on SEOmoz

My rank tracker is stating that I am not in the top 50 for my keyword which is auto insurance fremont ca. I check on bing and yahoo and i am listed as #2. Also on Google it states that my rank has gone down by 2 place but I acutally increase one from spot 12 to spot 11.
Is anyone else having the same issue??

Do you have the www in your campaign? We're looking for exact URL, so if you're ranking on www and you don't have www in your campaign that would be a reason why.

yes i cleared my cache which delete my cookies as well and then searched for my keyword.

Have you cleared your cookies and cache before running the searches on your own computer? Remember the search engines will do personalised searches which means that they will also take into account sites you have visited, ie your own.

Google Local results ranking
Are Google Local position results included in Moz ranking reports? If not, how can these be tracked and monitored? Is a Google Local result likely to achieve a similar CTR as previous organic results? Some of our previous good organic search rankings seem to have been replaced by Google Local results for our restaurant and hotel clients. Is this likely to achieve the same traffic and if not, is there a way to get back to organic results? Thanks!

Ranking report and language
Unfortunately I noticed a huge problem in rank tracker amd ranking report. My site is in italian and I configurate the ranking report using google italy. The problem is that the ranking is related to www.google.it but using a browser set with english language!! Infact for a specific keyword the ranking position is 8 (using english) and 12 (using italian). This is a huge problem for me and makes useless any report! F

Mozscape API Problem With Credentials
Yello everyone 🙂 Yesterday I generated Access ID and Secret Key to try the API, but it didn't work. It's said that it might need 5 minutes, so I gave it something like 8 hours but it still didn't work afterwards. I used the PHP sample and I checked it with the Sample Expires value and it produces the same Signature parameter as in the Sample Valid API Signature, so the PHP code sample and the Sample Valid API Signature are in sync. In case you wonder - yes I changed the PHP sample by adding the valid strings for $accessID and $secretKey - I'm a long time programmer and I know what I'm doing with it. I tried also the example URL from Sample Valid API Signature couple of times, refreshing each time to get new Expire parameter, but it's not working too. Both the PHP sample and the Sample Valid API Signature are giving me this: **{ "status" : "401", "error_message" : "Your authentication failed. Check your authentication details and try again. For more information on signed authentication, see: http://apiwiki.seomoz.org/w/page/29574176/SignedAuthentication" }** I am new here and if there is another place to look for support please just point it out and excuse me for wasting your time - I just couldn't see it and I really tried. Would you be able to add functionality to rankings report?
It would be great if you could add annotations to the ranking graph so you could easily see when you had added site updates and the effect they had. I would also be grateful for a key on the graph so you didn't have to hover over the lines to see what's what.

SEOmoz crawler bug?
I just noticed that a few of my campaigns have number of pages crawled 1. Can someone tell me what this is.... from 5 campaigns 2 have only one pages crawled from which one is an online shop with over 2000 products 🙂

Best Keyword Ranking Report Tool
What's the best keyword ranking report tool that anyone is using currently? I have used CuteRank (booo), Rank Tracker, SEOBook.com Rank Tracker, etc. Cost isn't an issue - I'm looking for a free or a paid tool. I need to be able to export resutls in PDF and Excel format. Thanks for the feedback!
