Is my Site Spam?

Recently google dropped our site a big time. Can some body tell me if my site is spammy. Our visibility was 67% and one of our top competitor had the visibility of 72%.

MeetingTomorrow.com clearly has you both beat in terms of link profile and social media presence. My guess is that your company and Rentex.com each are able to rank for some terms, but that for some you do better and for some they do better. Are you SPAM? No. I can say that. Do you maybe have some inbound links causing you problems, maybe, but you have so few inbound links I really don't think that's the problem.
One thing I did see that concerned me was a count of "0" for Internal Links. I ran your site through several tools and it seems all of your internal navigation links are "do follow." To me, this means there could be a redirection issues (although I checked that too and didn't see anything) or a technical SEO issue that's causing search engines not to see your internal links.
I would start my pursuing that. Try to find out why you have "0" internal followed links. That's not helping your link profile and could mean that search engines are having a problem crawling your site.

Have you compared your site and your competitor in Open Site Explorer? If not, I would do that first. You might be ale to see right away what or if there are major differences between your site and their's. If you've already done that, can you share that info via link here? Then I might be able to comment in more detail.

Magento Site "Title Missing or Empty"
Hi everyone . . ..bear with me as I am "noob". My moz analysis brought up a few "critical" issues, one of which was a missing or empty title for a page. That page is: http://www.thirdcoastsigns.com/sales/guest/form Which does not even appear to be a working page . . . so I'm at a bit of a loss ow to fix this. Crawl Diagnostics - Crawling way more pages than my site has?
Hello all, I'm fairly new here, more of a paid search guy dabbling in SEO on the side. I have a client that I have in SEOMoz and the Crawl Diagnostics report is showing 10,000+ pages crawled and I think the site has at most 800 pages (e-commerce site using freewebstore.org as the platform). Any reasons this would be happening?

Open Site Explorer csv report pending since 2 days!
I have tried to download a csv report from Open Site Explorer. But it has been pending since 2 days. Why do these reports take so much time? When can I expect to get this report?

Why does site explorer keep crashing?
For around the last 24 hours, every time I run site explorer it gets to just over a quarter of the way through and then just stops. I've tried this with different sites and it makes no difference. Although this is the first time I've had this problem (I don't use the tool regularly myself) one of my colleagues says it often happens to her. Is this a problem SEOmoz can explain and/or fix?

Links not appearing on Open Site Explorer
My site gained several new inbound links during December and only two of them are not all showing up on the latest Linkscape update. It seems to be the links that were created at the end of the month which are showing up, whereas a handful at the beginning of the month are nowhere to be seen. All the linking pages have been indexed by Google the links are do-follow, and one of the sites in particular is not obsure and has a DA in the 90's. I appreciate the Linkscape doesn't index everything, but I would have thought that more tof the results of my efforts would have shown up in OSE. I'd be really grateful if anyone could explain this to me please. Thanks Ben
