How to get seomoz to re-crawl a site?

I had a lot of duplicate content issues and have fixed all the other warnings. I want to check the site again.

By the way Adam, one thing that tripped me up, and evidently lots of other SEOMozers, is that it will report duplicate content and duplicate titles if your links of the form http://domain.com/xyz.html are not 301 redirecting to http://www.domain.com/xyz.html.

It crawls the site on a weekly basis if you are a full member.

What do you use for site audit
What tools do you use for conducting a site audit? I need to do an audit on a site and the seomoz web crawler and on page optimization will takes days if not a full week to return any results. In past Ive used other tools that I could run on the fly and they would return broken links, missing htags, keyword density, server information and more. Curious as to what you all use and what you may recommend to use in conjunction with the moz tools.

Can SEOMOZ do Local SEO ?
Most of our clients are local but we can not get local or regional (for example VA State or Washington DC) SERP results within SEOMOZ. it would be nice to create custom search profiles based on region (State or County) and track SERP within SEOMOZ. Ranking reports and even keyword difficulty analysis etc. within SEOMOZ are misleading for local web sites. SEOMOZ default site setup assumes every business doing SEO serves all over the US. I think it will be very beneficial if we have a choice to select State or County of local web sites during initial campaing set up at SEOMOZ. what do you think? do you know any work around of this problem? SEOmoz crawl diagnostics report - what are the duplicate pages urls?
I just see the number of duplicates but not what the urls of the duplicates are? I don't see it in the export either, but maybe I'm missing it Cheers S

Crawl Issues
My website - qtmoving.com - has 26 articles and when the SEOmoz did a crawl it only found 13 articles. Can someone please give me some insight as to why not all pages are being crawled.
