On page report card - small niggle

I've been carefully making page corrections and trying to get each age in line with SEOMoz recommendations.
However, under the section marked Optional (and I realise I could just ignore it!) it tells me to "Avoid Using Meta Keywords Tag".
However, none of the pages have any meta keywords in. They have a meta description, but no keywords. I have also removed any global keywords.
Is the software wrong, or are there some more hidden somewhere....

Thanks for that. I've seen that, but assumed because the contents were empty, it was OK.
I guess my problem is that it's part of the template, so not sure how to remove it. I'll keep digging.

Looking at the source , you have the following tag on the page. Try removing it altogether and that might help.
name="<a class="attribute-value">keywords</a>" content="" /><meta

When we marked a page as noindex with robots like {<meta name="<a class="attribute-value">robots</a>" content="<a class="attribute-value">noindex</a>" />} will crawl and marked as duplicate page content(Its already a duplicate page content within the site. ie, Two links pointing to the same page).So we are mentioning both the links no need to index on SE.But after we made this and crawl reports have no change like it tooks the duplicate with noindex marked pages too. The moz difficulty score considers four factors for the top websites. are the on page factors included in the page authority data ?

Optimization report card says "F" but I'm ranking #1
Using the SEOMoz pro tools and several of the terms I have listed get a report card of "F" but they also show Google rank of #1, #2. Is this unusual? And should I spend a lot of time "fixing" this if we're already ranking high?

Hyphens in Page Titles?
We are using a combination of keywords using our brand name. So the keyword is structure as: brand name - word (separated by a hyphen) When I run a report on the page for the keywords that have the above format, the report tells me that I need to use the keyword in the title of the page. Is it okay to have hyphens in Page Titles? I assume not, but I want to double check. Thanks, Alex

How come the external on-page report tool is better than the campaign one?
There is more covered (in terms of checking on-page factors) when using the external report tool than when using the actual campaign one... will the external features be added into the campaign one?

HTTP 404 for 404-page?
Hi Mozzers! SEOmoz just finished crawling one of my websites and this crawl found 3 errors. One of these errors was the (custom) 404-page, because of the http-status 404. What's you suggestion about this? Should a 404-page have a status 404? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Have been pro member for 1 month+ now, but 0 on page report
Currently i have a campaign running for 1 month+ now, it has 42 registered keywords and 40 of them already hit the top 50 (11 of them on top 10), but after i waited for 1 month , the on page report still 0 (yup not even 1 keyword) whats wrong? On Page Report Card... with or w/o local modifiers?
Hey all! So I am curious how you recommend using the "on page report card" (which is really helpful) along with the concept of local modifiers. IE, here is a term I am going after: business forums but really I care about a specific location: business forums | Greensboro NC So the word I hear is typically to do your keyword research & page optimization FOR the primary term, but then tack on your local modifiers after. So which do you run reports on? Probably both is the best answer, eh? Obviously my local sites won't have a shot at ranking nationally/internationally for such a broad term as "business forums", especially with some monster sites out there with some serious clout. This is more of a best practices question. Thanks dudes.
