I am wondering if there is a way to recapture the manager's position on Facebook Pages.

If this is a duplicate I apologize. Our employee had a client's business page tied to their personal page. This person is now a former employee and closed their personal page. That leaves us without full capacity on this client's Business page. Is there anything I can do? Or is the only way to reclaim manager status to start a new page?

Well, I'm kinda disappointed that I figured a way around my problem without taking the route to which you directed me.
I was able to create a dummy page, like the Page, go in and make myself manager - all functionality seems to be restored.
I believe I took up hoop jumping when it wasn't necessary.
I'm bookmarking this link though.

Merging Facebook Pages - Getting Support from Facebook
Does anyone know how to get in touch with Facebook regarding issues with Facebook Pages and Merging Pages - I have posted on the Facebook Community Help Pages but no one from Facebook Support seems to read them or get in touch. Our original question on Facebook Community Help Pages was this but the question just got "merged" with another question where people were complaining about the same sort of problem with no one (out of 5 people on the thread) having come up with a solution of having heard from Facebook Support. We need to merge two company pages - The category and the address of the company of the page is the same on both pages - one page has a custom url - one does not. Both have the same first two words (i.e. the company name) as the page title. I do not want to list the pages publicly. Hi There, I'm seeing more and more businesses (especially small businesses) setting up Facebook pages and then almost begging people to like them with lines such as "lets see if we can get to 200 likes", etc etc. What are your thoughts on this does it really help and do you think Google will find a way to not count them as spammy?

Help to raise a charity's Face book profile to raise funds
Hi, I am new here and its my first question. I am helping a charity on pro-bono basis on their SEO. They do a great job by looking after terminally ill children with no costs to parents. 60% of their funding is through various fund raising events. They know some well known actors and sports personality who may be willing to help. Do's and Dont's for Facebook Html Satatic page
Hi All....just wanted to know if i can get some clarity on what is and is not allowed on the facebook static html pages. I build many that are brand oriented and am concerned about all the unclear rules that somehow i am not aware off....I do know that you cannot have any auto playing media on the page..like video and music....but not sure about a image slide show so i have made all slide shows to force manual. Can you guys share some of the cardinal do's and dont's for building these pages without unknowingly getting your clients page band...... I believe linking out to a website from these pages are allowed but it is not clear.......would appreciate some input....thanks
