How to remove the duplicate page title

Hi everyone,
I saw many posts related to this query.But i couldnt find a solution for my error.. Here is my question
I got 575 Duplicate page title & 600 duplicate page content errors. My site is related to realestate.
I created a page title like same sentence differs with locality name
Eg: Land for sale - kandy property
Land for sale - Galle property
Likewise Locality name only differs..I have created meta title & Content like this.
Can anyone let me know how to solve this error ASAP ?

When looking at duplicate content, we look at the code on the page as well as the text. If the only thing different between two pages is a couple of words, we're going to flag that as duplicate content.
The best suggestion is to write unique content that involves more than swapping out a few words.

Google Results Title vs My Page Title
I'm having some trouble with my titles of a new site, it has been online for around two months now and i'm getting weird titles from most indexed pages. Pages with different content and meta description marked as duplicate content
I am running into an issue where I have pages with completely different body and meta description but they are still being marked as having the same content (Duplicate Page Content error). Duplicate Title Tags On Blogs
Hello Mozzers, I have a client who has a blog and articles section on their website, due to the amount of content they have in these section they have multiples pages so it would be like.. www.bluewidgets.com/blog/p1 www.bluewidgets.com/blog/p2 www.bluewidgets.com/blog/p3 www.bluewidgets.com/blog/p4 All obvioulsy with seperate content in each blog/article posts but the meta descriptions on title tags for this p1,p2,p3,p4 and so on are all the same, is this a major issue? and if so how do I fix it?

Duplicate titles OK if page don't need to rank well?
I know It is not a good idea to have duplicate titles across a website on pages as Google does not like this. Is it ok to have duplicate titles on pages that aren't being optimised with SERP's in mind? or could this have a negative effect on the pages that are being optimised?
