Still Cant Crawl My Site

I've removed all blocks but two from our htaccess. They are for amazonaws.com to block amazon from crawling us.
I did a fetch as google in our WM tools on our robots txt with success.
SEOMoz crawler here hit's our site and gets a 403. I've looks in our blocked request logs and amazon is the only one in there.
What is going on here?

We've been corresponding in email, but I just wanted to update your thread here as well.
We don't use Amazon's bot, we use Amazon Web Service to host our crawler. If you are no longer blocking AWS you should be able to crawl OK moving forward.

I don't understand though how or why seomoz is using amazons bot...
What if I don't want amazon accessing our site ( i dont). That means we can't use seomoz then??

Hi Dana,
I believe SEOmoz utilizes Amazonaws services for crawling, (or at least they did a few months ago) so that may well be your problem.
The best (and quickest) way to confirm this is to go to the SEOmoz Help Hub and click the button at the top of the page to contact the Help Team directly.

MOZ Starter Crawl Not Working
Hello, I just added a new subdomain as one of my campaigns on MOZ. The starter crawl report keeps coming back to me with just one page crawled (it should crawl up to 250 pages). I've deleted and added this subdomain three times and it continues to present me with this problem.I've even waited a week for the full crawl report but that also showed just one page crawled. Does anybody know why this is happening? Thanks!

20000 site errors and 10000 pages crawled.
I have recently built an e-commerce website for the company I work at. Its built on opencart. Say for example we have a chair for sale. The url will be: www.domain.com/best-offers/cool-chair Thats fine, seomoz is crawling them all fine and reporting any errors under them url great. On each product listing we have several options and zoom options (allows the user to zoom in to the image to get a more detailed look). When a different zoom type is selected it adds on to the url, so for example: www.domain.com/best-offers/cool-chair?zoom=1 and there are 3 different zoom types. So effectively its taking for urls as different when in fact they are all one url. and Seomoz has interpreted it this way, and crawled 10000 pages(it thinks exist because of this) and thrown up 20000 errors. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

Link Diagnosis and Open Site Explorer
I work at a web design firm that's starting to offer SEO to its clients. They want to keep costs down until the SEO side becomes more established, so I've been using mostly free tools to do the SEO. I've been using a website called LinkDiagnosis.com to check backlinks for clients. It says the data is provided by SEOmoz, so I thought it must be pretty reliable. However, I just signed up for the PRO trial to test out all of SEOmoz's tools (& hopefully convince my company to sign us up), and I find that the link information between the 2 tools can be vastly different! Sometimes the number of unique linking domains is very close, but other times it can be off by hundreds, even thousands, with Open Site Explorer typically providing the higher numbers. Is the Link Diagnosis tool really powered with data from SEOmoz, or does it just receive a portion of the data, since it's a free tool? I'm just trying to figure out what will be the most reliable solution for me to keep using, and the discrepancies between the two tools has caused me to question the reliability of both. Does it really take 3-7 days to crawl a site?
This is what you say on your website: Please note: depending on the size and speed of your site, it may take between 3 and 7 days to complete your crawl. Are you guys kidding? This is unacceptable for almost all of my deadlines, and I suspect 99% of the SEO world... you can fly to the moon faster.
