How do I implement a Google + campaign?

What is the best way to start a Google + campaign? Has anyone had any success with getting G+ for a local niche site? From what I hear there are tremendous seo benefits with Google + . Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How do I go about setting up a google+ authorship page?
-
Google+ is great, especially now for the local optimization. The key for any local or niche site is community, if you can get quality reviews and comments on your Google+ page, you can really start to build trust from an online reputation stance.
Google+ offers tremendous results for Local sites, especially now that it replaces google places. It also has great benefits from a personal branding perspective. I was at one of the SEOmoz meetups (Search Church in Philadelphia, thank you SEOmoz and Wil Renolds), one of the topics discussed there was how to get an authorship search result. If you can properly implement the rel=author tag, along with linking it to your personal Google+ account you can really establish yourself as an online authority for both your website and you personally.
I see that you are in a very niche real estate, try to create great geolocated articles related to buying and selling homes in the Bronx, along with linking BronxPad to your google+ authorship page. This will help boost both you as an online author and BronxPad.

How Have You Got More Likes On Google +?
Hi All, My company has done fairly well with regards to achieving followings on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. BUT one that we REALLY struggle to get a following on is Google +. We have about 25 Google + followers, compared to 1.2k Facebook likes and over 2k Twitter followers. We do relatively similar things on each of these. What can we do to increase our following specifically on Google +? As it stands we do pretty similar things, it would just appear that there's not much taste for us on Google +! What kind of things have you guys done to boost your followings on Google +.? All suggestions are appreciated! Thanks Sam

How many google+ authors is too many?
I've worked with a few sites with multiple google+ authors. rel=author works well and have no complaints. If you have a site with user generated content, would Google ever accept rel=author for every user we have a Google+ account for? Is 100 too many? 1000? 10,000? Anyone with big sites out there care to share your experience? Thanks!

Should the Google Plus button be sitewide?
Hi All, We are in the process of adding a Google Plus button to our site (to the header, sitewide) - at http://www.jewelleryoutlet.com.au/ My question is, should the button have behavioural characteristics that apply to the whole site, or only for that page that it is clicked on. Consider these scenarios: A customer clicks on the G+ button from the homepage - they then 'like' that page (our homepage, i.e. our site) A customer clicks on the G+ button from a category page - e.g. http://www.jewelleryoutlet.com.au/cheap-necklaces-s/1818.htm. Because the button is in the header and sitewide, should the customer be 'liking' http://www.jewelleryoutlet.com.au/ or http://www.jewelleryoutlet.com.au/cheap-necklaces-s/1818.htm? We are also adding a Google + button to the item template, e.g. on http://www.jewelleryoutlet.com.au/product-p/jn1003.htmsomewhere above the Add to Cart button. When they press the button in this instance, they are 'liking' only that page (which is how I would want the functionality to work). So my question is to do with point 2 above. Much like a Facebook 'like/fan count' type button that exists in the header of many sites, should the G+ button function the same way? E.g. if we have a count of 10 in the header on the homepage, then there is also a count of 10 sitewide? Or should this reset for every subsequent page that a customer lands on, and by pressing the G+ button on that page, they are 'liking' only that page. Which is better for SEO? Several different +1's to different pages (e.g. from the necklaces, bracelets and earrings category pages for a more natural structure) or several +1's all pointing to the homepage? Any help or suggestions regarding G+ button or the service in general would be much appreciated. Thanks

Google Plus Business Page
I'm curious to see if anyone has come up against this same thing and how Google will respond to it. I work with a franchise company that has hundreds of locations. The company has unique sub pages set up for each location and a Google Places listing for each location. My question is can I set up a Google Plus business pages for each location, with the same name (different address), and all within one gmail address. My concerns are that when you select "Local Business" as the category for the Plus page it asks for a phone number. Well, after I insert the phone number it accurately pulls up our Place listing. However, my concern is having multiple Plus pages with the same Name in the "basic info" section. Will Google Plus reject multiple pages with the same name? I also don't want to change the name on the plus page and then cause a duplicate listing created in Google Places, due to the same address different name connection. I suspect a merge between Pages and Places so I don't want to negatively impact my Place listings. Any thoughts on this or Franchise Plus Pages?
