Share with Mozzers: Press Release List - French Language

Can you share with us here the best press release sources for french language.
It would be nice, if can share here the Sources, like a Web-Directory list on seomoz, but to do the same maybe for most high quality/trusted sources for french PR.

Last update to that list was in October 2012, since then some of those sites closed and some may have been hit with a penalty, so check carefully if the site is well indexed in Google before using them.

You can find the list cleaned up a bit here.
Some were dead so the list is a bit thinner, I ranked them by Domain Authority.
I checked if they were well indexed in Google, a dozen were only showing the main page but the content was flagged as duplicate.

Here's an article from last year with a nice selection of French PR websites ranked by PR : http://blog.athomefrance.com/classement-pr-60-site-communique-presse-gratuit/
You should check if any of them has been penalized or banned, like in this SEOmoz article, since the last update is from August 2011.

JPG's listed as the Top Pages in Moz
In Moz, under Links, my Top Pages are all .jpg's. Is this unusual? Should I change the names of those jpg's and redirect the jpgs listed on the Top Pages to the html page it can be found on?

My thoughts are to rename that image so no one is linking to it, and redirect the image to the html page. Would I be hurting my Google ranking any by doing so?1 -

Weekly Linkbuilding Task List
I am trying to create a weekly link building task list for my team. We are 3 people. Does any one have any suggestion? For example: 1 - Write x blog posts. 2 - Comment on x relevant sites. 3 - Outreach x people. 4 - Publish x guest post. 5 - Produce and Distribute x info graphic. Press Release Sites
Has anyone ever used macreportmedia.com for press releases? I normally use PR Web. This new company contacted me and it sounds pretty good, but I don't really trust anything without reviews, and I can't seem to find any out there. Has anyone had any luck with these guys? If not, can you suggest anything other than PR Web that you've had success with? I'm really looking for the SEO benefits of the releases more than the publicity.

Hi Everyone says quality backlinks increase ranking of your website. Can you please suggest a list of good websites and blogs from where I can get quality backlinks and how to do that. I have one person at my disposal full time to do manual commenting or any manual tasks for getting backlinks but how should i approach this problem (of getting backlinks). Where do I start. Dofollow vs nofollow for place listings?
Our travel website has thousands of places, each with an individual page, that users can interact with via our site. The info includes a link back to the place's main web presence if available (homepage, Facebook page, hosted listing elsewhere, etc.). We have no problem passing along PageRank to these sites and setting the link as dofollow. However, due to the sheer number (50k+) of these place pages that have the same anchor text of "Visit Website" in the same location on every page, I fear Google will see us as spammy and ding us. That said, would it be better to set these external links as dofollow or nofollow (or leave them as part of the Javascript as they are now)? Thank you in advance!

Any one have a list of directories still good idea to submit too
I have a client who's competition is in the BBB, yahoo directory, best of the web sort of the standard ones. My client is empathetic about being in more places than their competition so a i am hoping for some help. I wasnt sure if the seomoz content of this is really relevant, seems a little dated on this specific topic.
