How do I make sure my account doesn't auto-renew
-
Our account is up for renewal in 10 days, but I want to switch off the auto-renewal. How do I do this?
I've tried to resolve the issues we're having with support but am getting nowhere. Was promised an update on Friday but no-one got back to me. These issues have been going on for months. Fed up of paying for something we're no longer getting.
I've been recommending Moz for years, but things really seem to have slipped lately.
Sorry to air this publicly but my frustration, waiting for replies and not getting what we're paying for are spilling over.
A very unhappy paying customer.

I apologize, Dave. I was providing instructions for canceling with a Paid account and with the free trial I am sorry for not being more careful with my wording. I am personally responding to you so we can fix this. I hope i can provide the level of support you need today.
-
Seriously?
Did you not read what I posted? Did you not look into my account at all?
We're not on a trial - we're paying customers, and have been for a few years now.
So no, I'm not enjoying my stay.
I'm extremely frustrated by the experience of going through your support channels and getting fobbed off and/or auto-responders, effectively.
I hear Moz talking a lot about customer support - but this is poor. Very poor.
Sorry to come across as an angry nutter, but this is beyond frustrating and a whole new level of poor service.
I've wasted too much time on trying to get this resolved.
This is how to turn someone who's sung your praise for years and frequently mentioned you in presentations at conferences into a really pissed-off ex-customer.

Hello Dave! Thanks for reaching out and for giving Moz a shot. We hope you enjoyed your stay.
Here's where you can find out more about canceling - it's super easy: http://moz.com/help/pro/account-settings. I'll also include the information in that post here for easy reading.
In sum, you can cancel your free trial any time within your first 30 days and you won't be charged. For example, if you sign up on December 1st, you can cancel anytime before December 30th and won't get charged at all. If you're already a paying customer, you can also cancel anytime! You'll remain PRO through your paid period and the account won't be renewed at the end of that paying period.
You can cancel your account by logging into the site and then going to the Billing & Subscription page at https://moz.com/users/subscription. Here's a screenshot to help you on your way (you can also find this screenshot on that post I mentioned): http://screencast.com/t/tcZRPZGST
Hope that helps! Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

I see, but I'm waiting for a response from a Moz person. Not that they're so good at responding lately.

In the top right, click the symbol that looks like the head and shoulders of a person with some short lines next to it. Choose Billing & Subscription from the dropdown. You should be able to make all necessary changes from there.

I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?
Hi there, I'm the account admin on a Moz Pro account. I have assigned a seat to a freelancer who's doing some work for me and they say they can't access a campaign's rankings report? The manage user's section shows them as having a seat license? It's been issued and accepted by them? Any ideas here? Thanks

Refund From MOZ for Cancelled Account-How To Get Refund, Phone Number for MOZ Corporate Office?
I have written MOZ several times requesting account cancellation procedures but they don't seem interested in responding. I pre-paid my account in October 2019, paying for one year until October 2020. I would like to cancel my account and get a refund of the pro-rated unused amount. After not getting a response, I searched for a corporate phone number for MOZ. No phone number can be found. I am somewhat concerned as legitimate companies have phone numbers. Can someone advise me as to how to get my refund? Also, I subscribe to MOZ local. I need to know of canceling MOZ pro will inadvertently cancel MOZ local. Thanks,

Refund from Cancelled Account
Hi, I had two email addresses with Moz accounts, and I thought the free trial had been cancelled on the other (bsalazar@retina2020.com). I just got billed today. Can this charge be refunded for this account? Thank you for your help!

I'd like to completely delete my account in here. How can I do that?
I just don't want to have this account anymore. So there has to be a way to delete it.

Link to Moz Pro home 404s, and then I stumbled upon Moz's staging site...
I'm wary of giving more information as it's probably best that little to no one be able to access Moz staging for one reason or another. I should also mention that this was done very unintentionally on my part. That said, from the 404 from Moz Pro home, I tried to access "My QA", and that's when I realized that everything I did thereafter was within staging.moz.com (and posted a question similar to this one). Does Moz permit access to their staging site, or did I stumble upon a mistake - or Moz-stake, if you will?

Moz pricing plans don't make sense
Hey. I posted a question about this on my other Moz account (one I use for moz local), but it appears to have been removed, so here goes again. Can someone from Moz please explain to me why that in your plans, as the price goes up and more campaigns are allowed, the amount of keywords tracked per campaign goes down? $149 plan - 5 campaigns - 450 keywords = 90 keywords per campaign. $249 plan - 25 campaigns - 1100 keywords = 44 keywords per campaign $599 plan - 100 campaigns - 3700 keywords = 37 keywords per campaign What confuses me here with your pricing plans is two fold Modern SEO requires a lot of quality content, interlinked together to rank well (in most cases). Your SEO guides even talk about this. Blogging is one of the most popular ways to do this. However, in any modest website these days, especially one that runs a blog, how does tracking only 37 keywords per campaign make sense? The fact is, that even your starter plan with only 90 per campaign doesn't make sense. My business website is tracking about 300 (that actually drive traffic). I provide my SEO clients with the same type of work I would do for my self, which again reinforces that 37 keywords is plainly pathetic. Every online pricing model I've ever seen follows one simple rule: When price goes up, you get more for your money, not less. At first glance you might think that is what you're getting when you step up a plan and get more campaigns, but then to have less keywords per campaign simply doesn't make sense at all. What does make sense is to have a more flexible pricing model. Instead of locking us into set tiers which don't really make sense, you should allow a more flexible pricing BEFORE we have to go up to enterprise. Why not have a per project price of 'x' price per month, then have a price per keyword or maybe per 100 keywords. This would allow all of us the flexibility to run campaign depths that make sense for us, not for your counterintuitive views of how we should be tracking them. Again, I'd really like a Moz staff person to respond to this as the last time I commented about this, it was removed.

Mox connected to Google analytics account, but no data visible?
Hi everyone, Last week I added google analytics to one of my websites. The set up is working and collects data. Yesterday I connected Moz till this google analytics account. But I still do not see that Moz is collecting data from GA? Why do you think this is happening, why doesn't it work? Kind regards Jeanette
