Why hasn't my site info shown up yet?
-
I set up a campaign a few days ago (middle of last week) and the information still hasn't shown up. I figured that analytics were gathered weekly so I let it sit until Monday, but it still tells me to check back in 24 hours.
Thanks for your help! Love the suite, by the way - lots and lots of great tools and easy enough to let my client see what's going on!

I ended up turning off the campaign and restarting it. Worked like a charm.

Hi James,
Thanks for checking in! We're definitely finding that it's taking closer to a week for the campaigns to pull in all the data. If after a full week, you're still not seeing anything, send us your info here: http://moz.com/help/contact and we can dive into your account and see what's up.
Thanks!
Jen

Hi Alex, a great place to start is to check out our Help Hub: http://moz.com/help/guides/getting-started.

I thought it was just me, but yes Two campaigns setup end of last week and still the notice 'check back in 24 hours' must admit i don't see what apart from the nifty looking interface the difference between the working SEO moz and the now not so working moz analytics's?
Are they any videos on how to best setup the new moz suite?
regards
Alex @missingmojo

It seems that sometimes it takes a little longer with new campaigns. I know it sounds simple but you may want to verify the campaign is set up correctly a simple typo can set you back. It is a great product hope you like it

Keywords showed volume before but now they say 'no data available'
Keywords showed volume before but now they say 'no data available'. And this is happening with common words like "prints" - I'm dead certain this keyword should not have 'no data available'. What's going on? How do I reset or fix this? I only have 12 days left of my trial and I can't even use the feature I need.

Is there still a way to put in a support ticket with Moz. I cannot find it on the site.
I sent an email a few minutes ago to support@moz.com but don't know if that is a usable address or not. I would prefer an answer from a Moz staffer. Thanks,

Site down: "high CPU usage is due to the large traffic generated from Moz
My client's site is down and the web host gives says that Moz is the reason why. "The fact that your site was limited is because the traffic generated by Moz. This is why I have suggested to block their IP addresses." Now we have unblocked the IP addresses and as you can see your site was limited again. And again the : Code: 54.224.139.99 - - [26/Oct/2017:16:00:43 -0500] "GET /amp/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/page/2/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/page/2/@Smile_Design_/page/2/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/@Smile_Design_/ HTTP/1.0" 200 58551 "-" "rogerbot/1.1 (http://moz.com/help/guides/search-overview/crawl-diagnostics#more-help, rogerbot-crawler@moz.com)"

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ
I like this site, I really do, which is why I visit multiple times a day. But I grow weary of these premium sites that require me to log in multiple times a day. This morning I was simultaneously working at ordercup.com, strengthcoach.com, and moz.com, and all three log me out at every turn. Argh!!! What's worse is that some MOZ pages think I'm logged in and others don't. I don't fully understand the logic behind the curtain, so I wander from page to page trying to get the login in sync. Why can't these sites work like lynda.com where I can stay logged in for days and weeks? To top it off, LastPass rolled out a new release that broke auto-login. All this logging in is getting in the way of me getting anything done.
