Thank you so much mrcensorious
I was using some tools also in English(German language is not a problem for me, I have worked several years for a German company based in Cologne. Some best Ice cream is there as well!)
But they all seem to give different results. I am pretty sure that I have some nasty stuffing most likely on the site. I will try the tool you gave me, I was on look up for a good density tool.
Thank you very much and have good day!
All the best

You are welcome!
Maybe one more little thing:
there is a useful tool for free. It
s a german website but you don
t need to know the language.Just take a look at this keyword density tool (it`s browser based):
http://keyworddensity.online-marketing-solutions.com
Paste your text in there and press "Prüfung starten"... what you get is an very good hint about which keywords you`ve focused on (with intent or unintended) - you should reach the green colored percentage. 4% usage of your keyword(s) is a good amount but this is also controversial
Maybe there is a similar tool in english but I don`t know that... wish you all the best!

Thank you so much mrcensorious! I will add some Diani beach keyword also on home page as well.
Thank you very much indeed!

I can
t see any significant advantages if you would do that. It
s not wrong to set up a few links to that site from your articles but not that much. You have to imagine that your site has a certain amount of linkjuice. Everytime you set a link to a different site without the nofollow attribut you pass a little bit of your link juice. So if you do excessive linking from your site to others this makes no sense. Don
t get me wrong - you should not use "nofollow" with all your links... it
s a question of: to which site and how much of your linkjuice you should/want to pass through...Furthermore I took a closer look on your text at your main page and as far as I can see you don`t mention the term "Diani beach" there.
This is not the only and especially not a reliable criteria to rank for your keyword but it would be helpful to use your keyword in your text exactly as you name it. Your term is "Diani beach" not "Diani" or "Beach" ...
You have a very strong and healthy social media background that
s great! Yout texts are good and nice to read... you
ve done a good job there. Your text (on the main page) is unique... continue things like that. What I would recommend you is to build more links. According to the opensitexplorer you don´t have much external links. Try to promote your site with the aim to get linked by sites with similar content.
The whole thing is a very, very big topic. It`s controversial and there are many, many opinions out there on what might be important to do that your rankings will improve.
There is not enough time to mention all the aspects but maybe other mozzers will add some helpful infos for you as well?! I hope I could make a useful contribution?!

Is ranking power mainly a matter of links?
Hey all. SEO noob here, trying to check my understanding. In competitive analysis, is ranking power at the domain level really all about DA? And is DA basically a count of unique inbound follow links, modulated by the authority of the referring source and spam scores? In other words, is ranking power basically a function of DA and PA? I realize on-page and technical factors can also play a role, but authority seems to be key. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

External Ranking Help
Hello, I am working on the following website: completesteamclean.ca and I have reached a plateau on how to increase my ranking to defeat my two top competitors. When I run competitive link metrics it would appear that where I seem to be lacking is in external links and linking root domains. Does anyone have any tips on how I can build these areas of the website? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Puzzled by high ranking page (#2 in SERPs) with zero/low page or domain authority
So, I get the smoothie that is page authority and domain authority and the link metrics that Moz uses to predict how well a page will rank for a certain keyword. I can look at a specific search term where we are on say, page 2 or 3, with a page authority of 1 and domain authority of 26, I get why competitors rank above us. But then I look at a keyword that is much more competitive, where we rank #2, which is awesome, where the landing page is also showing a page authority of 1, and domain authority of 26. How can we rank higher than competitors with a page authority of 56 and domain authority of 65? Their onpage optimization for the keyword is no worse, and sometimes better that ours but we maintain this ranking. By the way the competition also have hundreds if not thousands more linking root domains than our page. Any ideas why one keyword is a rockstar and one is a dud, with the same poor PA and DA?

How does this site rank higher than a seemingly better one??
Ok, I'm really trying to wrap my self around all this SEO stuff. Right when I think I'm grasping it, I come across something like this. When running a keyword difficulty report for the term "essay editing", the top two results are: www.papercheck.com/essay-editing.html www.gradesaver.com/essay-editing/ The first result has a PA of 37, 2 linking page domains, DA of 48, and 197 root linking domains. The second has a PA of 65, 32 linking page domains, DA of 68, and 2,572 root linking domains. What the heck is going on here!?!? I can't understand it. I checked anchor text and that doesn't appear to be it. The only thing I can find is that the papercheck has a link from a site (marketwire) with a DA of 90 while the #2 guy's highest linking domain has a DA of 60. However, I have a really hard time wrapping my head around this considering the total linking domain stats compared to one another. Any insight is much appreciate... this is frustrating trying to grasp these situations! Thanks!

Are reputable local directories effective link building resources for high rankings in local search?
I'm working on a local search campaign. Generally, the first thing I do is add the site to all of the local directories that I know of. I'm curious, with penguin updates, whether or not this is still an effective strategy for local search.

What's a reasonable time to start ranking for a niche site?
I launched a niche site to go through the whole process, for fun and profit. Started with keyword research (3-6 word long tail keywords), have done first 3 posts and done minimal amount of link building. Have gotten about a dozen visitors in the first 5 weeks and ranking on page 2. Is this ok or should I be more aggressive with link building (assuming my keyword research is done ok)?

When searching for high quality links, in a niche area such as real estate, does page rank factor into a search or is page / domain authority the most important factor?
After having employed many different methods for finding good link partners I am now finding it more difficult to reach out and identify good quality links for a niche area such as real estate. Does page rank factor into the search much or is it better to focus on page / domain authority as a major factor?
