Google Analytics data not loading into Moz

I use several analytics apps on my iphone which require you to connect to your GA account. Each one gets immediate access to the GA data.
With Moz, I connected to my GA account 3 days ago after many failed attempts due to some bug, but still have no data showing. Is there some reason why Moz would take several days to access the data where iphone apps take seconds?
I am now a week into my 30 day free trial, and have spent lots of time trying to get it to work, but have not been able to do much. I'm afraid of how much of the 30 days will be taken up just getting Moz set up and working, rather than actually using and evaluating what it does. Any possibility of re-starting the 30 days from when it's actually working? I don't mind waiting patiently for some bugs to be fixed, just would like to know that I will still get a 30 day trial. Thanks.

Turns out the data was loading, but the Timeframe field was showing a week for which there was no data. When I changed the timeframe I saw data. And now that bogus week is gone from the list. I would have thought there was data for every week for which there is data in GA, but apparently Moz doesn't look back in time to before your Moz account was started.

Thanks, Christy. I submitted a ticket. BTW, I'm on a PC, just saying that my iphone apps use GA third-party via api and get data immediately.

Hi Tracy, if this is the only issue you are having, this bug has been fixed and you can grab your most current data right now. Instructions for doing this can be found at the bottom of the known issues page. (Technically, the page is named Trending Bugs.) Cheers, Christy

Newbie question: 5 ways to get the most from Moz
Hi there, I'm new to Moz. I work for a furniture retailer and I'm in the process of auditing our digital presence and improving how we appear on Google and therefore to our customers. I am working on our website's content and SEO, Google Local Listing, getting our products added to Google Shopping and updating our social media accounts, removing old accounts and improving current ones. I'd like to know how to make the most of Moz. I have set our site up in Moz Pro but I'm unsure where to go next, so I was wondering if you'd be able to offer 5 tips on where to really get started. I am new to MOZ, I set up one tracking campaign two weeks ago, I have tracked no keywords, I have done some keyword research for ranking difficulty and in two weeks I have already hit 50K pages crawled, I'm maxed out, is this common?
I am a startup and can't afford the higher plans yet. And even their highest plan is 600K pages crawled, which seems really low considering how lightly I used the tool and how quickly I hit 50K. Does anyone have any advice or information on how they use the tool on lower packages? Did I do something wrong to hit 50K pages crawled that fast? Does this pricing make any sense, it seems like an incredibly high price, I love the tool, any help is appreciated.

Moz Analytics - Custom Report Question
Hello Moz Forums! I'm having problems building custom reports for my clients. So, i've managed to put together a few reports and I've set these to be scheduled for weekly automated emailing! Now, here's the problem, before sending it to my clients, I was testing this by sending it to myself. This is what I receive: http://www.freelance-seo.co.uk/images/Moz.png I don't really want my clients to see 'By Moz!' everywhere when I send this out, is there a way to change this automated mail? Or a way to just just send the PDF without a link? Alternatively, have I just failed in using this product? Edit: Just to clarify! The 'simply change your report settings' option, just takes me to an option to edit the report title, not the email in any way.
