Moz Analytics bugs

Hi everyone !
I'm loyal user of moz pro from January 2013. I appreciate that moz what to innovate with Moz Analytics but I think that it's lot of mess !
Activated campaigns become archived, deleted keywords come back ... and lot of time I couldn't access to my account.
the worst thing is that I didn't get any answers from support team after weeks !
I was thinking to upgrade my account but this discourages me !

Were you logged in at the time? Can you share with me (a PM is fine) what email you used as a contact email? I'm still looking in our system to try to find the ticket, and knowing if you were logged in or out, what account you used, etc. will help me troubleshoot. Thanks!

How are you contacting the support team? I took a look in our logs under your name, email, and nickname, and could only find a request from 2011 there. Hello, I’m encountering an issue with MOZ’s keyword tracking tool. We have correctly set up our website: https://recomendacionpersonal.com/ to track multiple keywords, but the tool only seems to track a few of them. Hello, in December 2023, I purchased courses at the Moz Academy. To get my administration in order, I would like to have the invoices for these. Unfortunately, I can't find them anywhere. Would anyone know where I should look? The invoices from the Moz Academy are not among the invoices for the Moz subscription.

I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?
Hi there, I'm the account admin on a Moz Pro account. I have assigned a seat to a freelancer who's doing some work for me and they say they can't access a campaign's rankings report? The manage user's section shows them as having a seat license? It's been issued and accepted by them? Any ideas here? Thanks

It's now happened three times in three days: I get unsolicited email (apparently harvested from my Moz profile) that invites me to try a new product or contribute to a new site. The senders are completely unknown to me. The emails are full of hype, sketchy on details and poorly written. They have all the hallmarks of phishing scams. But on further inquiry the emails seem to be legit. I nonetheless feel entitled to confess my extreme exasperation. When did sending unsolicited mass email of the "Dear Colleague" variety to perfect strangers become acceptable business practice? It's always struck me as being beyond the pale and beneath contempt. Why would anyone try to launch a business which such dubious and unsavoury tactics? Am I missing something here? Or becoming a fuddy duddy? I suppose I could remove my contact info from my MOZ profile, but I have found it useful in the past. What surprises me is that people would contact me "out of the blue" to ask for free help without making the slightest attempt to cultivate a relationship first. Am I wrong?
