Branded reports or no branded reports
-
Can anybody tell me why the Moz pricing sign up page shows the the top 3 packages says "includes branded report", but when you go to your dashboard the plans say "coming soon branded reports"?
I'm not sure if it does or does since I'm in trial mode.
Does it work or not?

Branded reports are available right now, and can be set up via campaign settings. Sorry for the confusion! We'll be updating the appropriate pages this week.
-
The pricing page INSIDE a logged in account says "coming soon". The pricing page for potential users says it's already included. It's been like that for at least 3 weeks, and probably longer. Not cool!
-
I could be wrong, it's possible that feature was just added to the higher subscriptions.
For the record, I remember checking yesterday, and the Pricing page said "coming soon" I'm not sure why it doesn't today.
-
Okay, so it's coming soon. I'd really like to know why Moz thinks it's okay say it is on the sign up page, and only let you realize it's not once you're signed up. What if I signed right up for one of the high packages because that was a needed feature. Then I pay and realize it's not even a reality yet?
This isn't the first issue like this I've noticed and I've only been here for a couple weeks.

Branded reports will be included (soon I think) in the Medium, Large and Premium subscriptions. The 30-day free trial is a trial of the Standard subscription, so it does not come with the branded reports.

Moz Pro for simple local seo status reporting
I have a new client on a small budget with a local yoga studio. There's been no SEO work on this site so far, so, after the basics, I plan to work through the items on this list: https://moz.com/blog/top-20-local-search-ranking-factors-an-illustrated-guide I'm a new Moz Pro user and am looking for advice on how to use Moz Pro tools with my client to review progress over time...a simple checklist of reports/metrics to share and track, and to use in weekly status reports. Or, in other words, how can I configure and use Moz Pro tools for basic progress tracking? This is not a sophisticated, SEO-savvy client, so I want to keep things very simple. Thanks for any ideas or pointers. Dave

Branded Reports = Whitelabel (and emails)
Hi Guys Loving what I have found so far with Moz and now I am ready to move on up as the reports function is critical to me. Can you clarify for me that a 'branded' report will carry my logo etc (including scheduled emails) and not Moz. Namely is this function whitelabel. Sorry for such a newbie query, I do think it is down to language semantics but just wanting to clarify before I make the jump. Thanks

More problems with Moz - Monthly Reporting
Hello All, I may be missing something, but I only want to create monthly reports for my clients from this system. A week in SEO is a terrifying rollercoaster, but any I digress. Currently, i'm adding clients to the system, setting up Analytics, Twitter, Google+, keywords etc. I then go to the custom reports menu as I want to build my report now and schedule it to run at the end of the month, however, because a month has not yet passed, I can only create weekly report segments. This means that I have to add a client to your system and then come back a month later to build a report, this is silly, am I using this wrong or is this not right? I don't care if any data is available, I just want to create the report so I don't have to do it later ideally.

Multiple websites -- one for each brand
I am a MOZ newb, and didn't find answer to the following: We are an enterprise with four distinct brands, each acting as a (reasonably) independent subsidiary. I want to track their performance and report on keyword rankings for the enterprise. Is Moz Analytics capable of this? In Google Analytics, for instance, we have an account for each brand, and multiple properties within each account, and so on. I use 3rd-party dashboard tools to combine multiple accounts into a single report. Can I do something similar here. Thanks in advance.

Twitter Data Not Appearing in Tool or Reports
I have added our Twitter account and our Facebook account to our campaign. The Facebook data appears in our reports. However, the Twitter data does not. I have check to confirm that our account is connected, and it appears that it is. It has been connected for about a week, and we're still not seeing any data. What could be causing this, and how can we fix it?
