I've sent several emails and no answer back.
Is this company a scam?
My trial just expired and I had forgotten to cancel.
This is terrible. No phone numbers and no support ticket. How can I subscribe to a ghost company?

I no longer work at Moz, so I am unable to help investigate. The email to help@moz.com should take care of this for you, however.

The very same thing happened with me as well. I have sent a mail to help@moz.com as directed. I'm hoping the amount will be refunded asap.
The auto subscription feature at the end of the month is painful to new users who want to check out the platform. I would be greatly obliged if you could look into the matter and resolve it. The email id through which I had subscribed is anirudh@chalkstudio.in

I'm looking in our help desk system, and your account has been cancelled and your money refunded. You can follow up with us in your ticket if you have any questions (since the original poster is no longer a paying member, they can't add a response in Q&A).

It is not a ghost company. It is a very respected company and you are probably emailing wrong. I usually get answered very quick. Did you email to: help@moz.com ?
It usually won't take 24hrs before I get my answers. If you sent the email to the right place you will receive a confirmation email within a few min.

Hi I forgot to cancellation my subscription before the trail expired. We are currently at a very nascent stage and do not require the product and can't afford it as well. Refund From MOZ for Cancelled Account-How To Get Refund, Phone Number for MOZ Corporate Office?
I have written MOZ several times requesting account cancellation procedures but they don't seem interested in responding. I pre-paid my account in October 2019, paying for one year until October 2020. I would like to cancel my account and get a refund of the pro-rated unused amount. After not getting a response, I searched for a corporate phone number for MOZ. No phone number can be found. I am somewhat concerned as legitimate companies have phone numbers. Can someone advise me as to how to get my refund? Also, I subscribe to MOZ local. I need to know of canceling MOZ pro will inadvertently cancel MOZ local. Thanks,
