Cancelling and asking for a refund

Hi. I signed up for your free trial and forgot to cancel. However, as you can see, I haven't used your service in any way within the trial. I love SEOMoz and would love using it once my site's set up but not today.
I want to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund ($149).

How do i cancel the free trial?
I had to get the free trial to complete a course that i was doing, but i really dont have money to pay, and want to cancel it. How do i do that? I saw anothers questions about cancelling, they say "go to account and billing then click in cancel subscription" or anything like that, but dont have anything here! My trial version has expired and I didn't cancel the account. Need urgent refound!
Hello! I need help, I can't afford this right now and I didn't cancel by mistake, not on purpose. It happened that the mails -don't know why- arrived to de spam folder and I didn't know that I was being charged directly. I tried Moz for a presentation to a prospect two months ago. But I didn't get the client, so I still can't afford, it and I didn't use it. I'm sorry for the mistake, I only noticed this today when I checked my Spam folder casually. Please I need a refound! I will get a pro a account in the future, as soon as I can, because I love Moz! But now it's impossible to me to afford it, I'm in a big trouble. I hope you can understand my situation. Thanks a lot!
