Hello,
For a game site I would like to use Youtube for SEO purposes.
And I need a little advice on this.
How would you use these video's without spamming?
There are a lot of tactics to use Youtube.

Create channel and put your desired url in the profile (link back to your site),

Put your desired url in in the description of the video (link back to your site),

Put the created youtube video also on your own site to drive traffic to youtube, and back. And get views.

Other tactics I don't know....
Can someone advice me what tactics I can use without spamming, I'm afraid that if I use combinations of the above mentioned tactics I get an unnatural linkprofile....

Hi Thomas,
If you are looking to create a natural link profile why not host the videos yourself and then get people to link back to your site, then any link created would be 100% natural.

Thanks for all you guys do I am writing because I am trying to build a company's SEO link profile with links that have super high, and super stable Domain and Page Authorities (as well as solid Trust and Citation flows). I do this organically and even build my own sites using moz strategies - BUT, I am in need of your best advice: What are some links you can "buy" (as a result of using services from) that are strong and dofollow? Is Constant Contact good? Is Best of the Web good? tweetangels smart? I have seen several businesses with constant contact links (very high domain authority) on their profiles and as the head of business development for a mid-sized marketing firm, I want to see if constant contact, botweb, etc. are smart sources to put my clients on for the sake of the seo profile links - I am looking for strong, long-term perma-bumps for my companies and don't want to miss out on low-hanging fruit (that won't poison me in the end). Can you speak to that please? Do you guys have a list of directory links or 'whatever' links that are "get-able" by a regular guy like me that are not simply 2.0 nofollow? Thank you Ben

YouTube Channels - Geotargeting - UK & US specific YT channels (but with identical videos)
Can you have one for each region such as Uk & US like you might with FaceBook etc: I know its a good idea for Geo-targeting reasons to have country specific social pages to promote country specific websites (i.e. UK FaceBook for .co.uk website and US Facebook for .com site etc), does the same apply to YouTube ? Does YouTube allow this (since videos will be effectively the same on both channels) ? I would hope so since say if you wanted to exploit annotated links to the main site from the videos then you would want the US viewer following a link to a US product page not a UK page and vice versa ? Hi Mozzers, Do shortened URLs, such as bitly and owly help out my website in terms of SEO? I know they will help in terms of referral traffic from people clicking on the URLs, but how about increasing DA, PA, etc.? Thanks!

Is Tumblr difficult to Optimize? Is Tumblr bad for SEO?
To All, I love Tumblr as a social media marketing tool and blogging platform, especially for niches/brands with strong visual content possibilities. But I've never had much luck in getting good rankings or even getting some pages/posts to index. I've come across many blog posts like this one: http://danzambonini.com/tumblr-seo-and-why-i-moved-to-wordpress/ But is Tumblr really bad for SEO? I mean some folks who know a lot more than me(like Wil Reynolds and Jon Cooper) run Tumblr blogs, so it can't be that bad, right? What's affect more SEO between number of Facebook "Recommend" of number of fans of the facebook fan page?
I'm wondering what's the most important number in facebook that affect more the SEO of a site: It is the number of "Recommend" that your site have received or It is the number of fans the facebook fan page of the site have? Is there anyway for redirected links to still provide SEO value?
I help a site that helps spread word by getting links on peoples social media pages. These links are truncated ie website.com/XyUE for the purposes of tracking clicks, referrals and so forth. I have heard that when a link is in a redirect form like that it loses close to all, if not completely all of its link value. The links themselves are technically 301's. Do these still maintain value? For example, the stopped.at links on this person's twitter. http://twitter.com/#!/Melewis18 Is there any way to make links of this type maintain SEO value? Is there a workaround to truncating for tracking purposes?

What Tools Do You Use For SEO Social Media Audits?
Hi, With a the growing trend towards social media signals starting to have a decent impact on Search Engine algorithms, i'd like to know what tools people use for "social media site audits". I generally use a fair amount of manual observations for social media profiles such as profile completeness. Hubspot offer a few really nice tools over at http://grader.com/ that allows a quick 'score' for an account. I then take a look at the 'buzz' around a company over a few mediums such as Twitter Search, Google blog search, BoardReader, HowSociable.com and SocialMention.com Facebook Insights is good (if you own the domain) for testing the number of likes. Im still yet to see a decent tool for testing entire domains for # retweets, Diggs etc. What are your favourite tools for SEO Social Media Audits?
