Moz Crawl Report showing non-existent Duplicate Errors since new reporting layout

Hi Moz Community,
Since Moz changed to the new style of Crawl report, we've seen a jump in duplicate errors for our site. These duplicate errors do not exist and were not present on the Crawl reports before the report change and also we have not made any changes to the flagged pages on our site since then either.
When you download the report data in csv it appears that the Moz report is mixing up data for two or more pages on the site. e.g.in csv for 'Page1' data, it will show the meta description for 'Page2' and 'Page2' shows that for 'Page1', so this then gets flagged as duplicate, however looking at the actual Meta description assigned onsite, both Page 1 and Page 2 are completely unique.
Has anyone else experienced this and Moz Team - are you looking into this?

Thanks for writing in and sorry that you are seeing strange data in your crawl diagnostics. We haven't made any changes that would affect the crawl in the way you are describing, so we will definitely need to look into this further. I am going to create a ticket in our email system so that I can get a few specific examples for you and investigate more directly. How To Stop Moz Crawl From Prepending /blog/ on all our site urls that it crawls
Hello, At some time in the past our WP site had urls like this: www.oursite.com/blog/post-title-pretty-link The site has not used that url structure for quite some time, but Moz crawl is still hitting every post with /blog/prepended and as a result is generating thousands of 404s. When the /blog/ is removed from the url, then the urls work fine. Where are those old urls being stored and how can we update them? How do we address this issue? Any assistance will be appreciated. Many Duplicate Content Flags
Not sure about you all, but I’m loving the new Moz Site Crawler. However, I was noticing that it is identifying a huge amount of pages as duplicate content. There are about 30,000 pages in this website, with that said we’ve had to make many templates to make the site scalable. Additionally a url rule was lost which caused a significant amount of duplicate pages to be created. I am working through using the moz crawl tool to identify duplicate pages but noticing many pages under “Affected Pages,” are actually unique content pages with initial content that is duplicate. I read that Moz flags any pages with 90% or more content overlapping content or code. My theory for this is that some templates that are too similar, to the point that Moz reads them as duplicative. Has this happened for anyone else? In addition, if Moz is flagging these similar pages as duplicate content, do we surmise that Google bots are having the same issue? We have seen issues with rankings as it pertains to the actual duplicate pages but hadn't experienced issues across the unique pages, they are hyperlocal pages so we are able to see rankings quite easily.

Hi Moz, I know you guys changed your interface awhile back but I have a question about the new reports. On the old interface, I used to use a report that would automatically run when I created a new account letting me know where the dup titles and meta descriptions were on an entire site. Can I delete a SEO campaign in Moz, and start a new one for a different website?
