Hello Chris,
Thanks, now I know. So I will continue using Ahrefs and my Google Analytics then for a more up to date and reliable reference.

Hi Spencer - yes we are!
Our address is not listed because I am working on finalizing commercial space. Once I have the commercial space settled, I will then update that and put it on Google+, Yelp, foursquare, and all the dozens others. In the meantime, I am working on getting some buzz to guarantee our Grand Opening sort of speak.
Indeed La Respuesta is a great venue place, not a competitor but they do ok. I do however have lots of competition. Problem is, most do not have websites, FB, Twitter etc.
My advantage in hitting my web footprint so hard is that NONE of my competitors or simply put, bars, cafe's or clubs are doing it in Puerto Rico. Unless it is a big American chain, no local venues focus on the web PR/Marketing so if I do, and keep my SEO (inline with Google) tight, then I can attract the Tourists
Which brings me here ... learning web developing, SEO and trying to do it all organically.

So it looks like you're a venue for music, poetry and live music. Most of this is based off of "live music san juan puerto rico"
Your address is not listed on your website or anywhere on the web that I can find. How am I supposed to visit your business if I can't figure out where it is? Fix that.
You have a map on your contact page that is just to San Juan. That doesn't help anyone. Create a Google+ local listing ASAP and then link your map to that listing in Google maps! Also add your address on your Facebook and build out other relevant directory listings, such as Yelp. Look at what your competitors are doing. La Repestua looks like a decent one to look at even if they don't offer exactly what you do.
I would also suggest including the name of your business in the title tag of the homepage. This should help to ensure your website ranks first for your business name. I currently see your Facebook and Twitter beating it.
There are tons of travel sites that feature live music venues. Just search for "live music san juan puerto rico" and a ton show up. These are the types of places you want to show up.
There doesn't appear to be a ton of competition in San Juan so just getting some basic directory listings set up should help you out a lot.

Roger bot is a bit slower than Google etc. and so yes Open site explorer takes a bit longer to reflect changes your on the right track looking across multiple metrics you can also track thing like Google analytics for more visits or just track SERP
I recommend Majestic SEO or Ahrefs if you want a quicker look into new links. Your on the right track keep at it and you can always look into optimizing your pages if you feel they are not working as well as they should. Creating a community is the best way compared to trying to gain just links.
Remember though OSE will look more towards links that social (though it does look that way) so give it some time keep track of what you're doing and if something's not working try something else, e.g link bait etc.
Finally Attached is Ahref report (quick look & attached) looks like most of your links have come in last few weeks Open site explorer as a rule of thumb tends to update once / twice a month so be patient.
Good luck!

Hi,
What phrases are you trying to rank for? I ask because your homepage title is "Best Folk music and Poetry by Local Puerto Rican Artists", so I would assume that you are looking to rank for something like "best folk music"? If not, then you need to think about the key phrase(s) that you wish to rank for and ensure a good, clean page title.
There are so many reasons why a site wont be ranking in Google:
- Domain Age
- Backlinks
- Popularity
- Technical Issues - for example, you have two homepages... http://www.lasalitacafe.com/ and http://www.lasalitacafe.com/index.html. You need to fix these in the .HTACCESS file and redirect so only one page is served. There are lots of sites explain how to do this, and even a discussion on it here on MOZ. I'm not an .htaccess guy, so can't help directly with this.
EDIT. Have you read the MOZ guide to SEO?

Unsolved Help with API Error: "Query Not Found" for a Specific URL
Hi everyone, I'm trying to retrieve data for a specific URL using the Moz API, specifically the data.site.metrics.fetch method. The URL I'm querying is: https://www.fiftyfiveandfive.com/ai-agents-marketings-new-means-of-production When I make the API request, I receive the following 404 error: { "id": "unique-id-testing", "jsonrpc": "2.0", "error": { "code": -32655, "status": 404, "data": { "key": "site_query.query", "value": "https://www.fiftyfiveandfive.com/ai-agents-marketings-new-means-of-production" }, "message": "That query was not found." } } However, when I check the URL in Moz Link Explorer, I can see that the page has a Page Authority of 23 and a Domain Authority of 36, but no backlinks or ranking keywords. What I'm Trying to Achieve:
API | | Chris_Wright1664
I’m attempting to retrieve metrics for this page via the API, but it seems like the API does not recognise the URL, even though it’s visible in Link Explorer. Questions: Why does the API return "Query Not Found" for a URL that is indexed in Link Explorer? Is there a way to request Moz to crawl or re-crawl this URL to ensure it's accessible via the API? Are there any additional criteria the API requires (e.g., backlinks, ranking keywords) before it recognises a URL? Additional Info: I’ve verified that my robots.txt file allows all bots, including Rogerbot. list itemThe page is included in the sitemap, and the URL is accessible without any restrictions. list itemI’d appreciate any insights on how to resolve this issue or steps to take so that the Moz API can retrieve data for this URL.0 -
