MA monthly reports

Hi
I need to submit my monthly reports to my clients this week but they have all come through devoid of most data !
I did submit a support request ticket to help@ yesterday but no reply yet, i appreciate you may well be very busy if this has happened for everyone
Pls advise update asap so i know what to tell my clients ?
Out of interest any other MOzzers out there having the same monthly reporting problem ? (i.e. no or little data) ?

Just to let you know my reports received a couple of days after this so thanks for that
They do still have display issues such as chart legend saying June is July etc etc as well so please remember to fix those when you get a mo re future reports along with any data inconsistencies between GA and reports if any remain as per a previous support ticket

I'm having this issue as well with the automated custom reporting, especially the keyword rankings one.
The actual rankings are not being displayed on the report. Next to each keyword, under each search engine, is a dash (-)
This has been broken now for a few weeks. Anyone know a status?

Any news yet ? i note one of my projects monthly June report seems to have been fixed & sent but none of the others have and its the one i mentioned below i now need urgently !
clients asking where it is !

ps - most crucially it will be my campaign with initials T.T since they are newish client (post MA launch) so havn't got any SEOMoz Pro reports to fall back on/supply them until MA reports fixed so if you could prioritise sending me that campaign monthly June MA report since i must send today (since already 3 days overdue)
However, hopefully the fix will apply to all campaigns at same time

its all my campaigns not just the one of the ticket for your info.
when i select monthly (June) data for any of them they are devoid of most data
really want to get those reports out to my clients tomorrow if possible

Hi,
I took a look at your account and both of the custom reports you have scheduled were sent out on the 2nd as normal. From what I can tell, neither of them were missing any data.

Hey Dan,
Thanks for the question. It looks like when your custom reports were generated there may have been a problem with the feed from your GA. I noticed all other sections of the report are populated fully, just no traffic data.
I've got your ticket and will send it over to see if we can regenerate the report for you. I'll email you back as soon as I have more information on that.

We did not receive our weekly report either.

We have had similiar problems error in reports and some campaigns not even sending scheduled reports through....

Hello, I’m encountering an issue with MOZ’s keyword tracking tool. We have correctly set up our website: https://recomendacionpersonal.com/ to track multiple keywords, but the tool only seems to track a few of them. Monthly Keyword volume not showing data
My reports used to show 'monthly keyword volume' but now all keywords show 'no data' (48 keywords) Is there something that is not loading properly? Is there are way to re-set this data? Or is there something wrong with data reporting?

I have removed a subdomain from my main domain. We have stopped the subdomain completely. However the crawl still shows the error for that sub-domain. How to remove the same from crawl reports.
Earlier I had a forum as sub-domain and was mentioned in my main domain. However i have now discontinued the forum and have removed all the links and mention of the forum from my main domain. But the crawler still shows error for the sub-domain. How to make the crawler issues clean or delete the irrelevant crawl issues. I dont have the forum now and no links at the main site, bu still shows crawl errors for the forum which doesnt exist.

"Branded Reports" not branded email
I am a new Moz customer and specifically chose the $149 plan to get "branded reports" My Logo shows on the pdf report but when that report is emailed to the client there is a big black banner at the top of the email that says MOZ! I chose branded reports so that the customer would see my branding not MOZ. This is very frustrating and there does not seem to be a solution from MOZ, I know that you can send the email with my return email address but why do you have to put the MOZ branding in the email.

Latest Moz reports (pro) not including competitive link analysis
Hi Pls advise when these have been regenerated once fixed or will they just be emailed out automatically ? My clients all after their New Year monthly & quarterly reports hence this info is needed urgently, pls advise ? Also when will reports start showing social data in the reports and also when will the data that currently shows on the dash start to be accurate ?
