SEOMoz Software

I want to start off with stating that i am truly an advocate of SEOMoz and the great stuff they have done for the inbound community that we all know and love. I've been an active member since July 2010 and a paying pro member since December 2010. The software has always been monumental in helping my clients achieve their goals. However, in the past few months i have received nothing short of buggy unreliable software. The keyword difficulty tool never returns difficulty results. The Adwords data has been gone since i can remember. The rank tracker tool is successfull close to 1 out of 5 times. OSE is updated terribly slow compared to competitors. Plus, I have had to write emails to get my campaigns to be manually refreshed to see new ranking data. I have simply missed deadlines because my data is always delayed or missing from the software. Am i an anomaly here? does anyone have these problems? I have been researching some new tools as a replacement but i have yet to find anything as robust as the old SEOMoz. I'd love some feedback. Has SEOMoz considered making it possible to follow a specific Q & A thread via Twitter and/or Email?

I think it would be great if there was a way to follow a particular Q & A thread without having to post a comment. There are so many great topics and discussions in here and sometimes I lose track of some that I'd like to continue following as people post, without having to post in the thread myself. Have you guys (Mozzers) ever considered adding a "Follow this thread on Twitter" or "Follow this thread by email" function? Or is there already a way to do this (without posting), that I just haven't found?

Edit SEOmoz Profile Bug

Hi,
I am trying to complete my SEOmoz profile, but there seems to be a bug. I am able to fill out everything except the 'favorite topics'. It lets me go in and fill it out, but when I click the update button to save it it does not save, and still shows up as missing in bar at the top. I have tried it in Mozilla, IE and Chrome, and it still does not work. Am I missing something? Thanks.

SEOmoz indicating duplicate page content on one of my campaigns

Hello All, Alright, according to SEOmoz's PRO campaign manager, one of my websites is returning about 2,700 pages that supposedly have duplicate content. I checked a few of them manually and am not seeing where the issue lies. Is anyone else experiencing something similar to this and do you know if it is just a glitch with the crawl? Fixing errors from SEOmoz diagnostic survey

I just ran a report from the SEOmoz diagnostic survey and was surprised to see errors. How did I fix these errors? Thanks in advance for your help, I have been pleasantly surprised at the thoughtfulness and responsiveness of this community: Errors: 5XX (server error) Overly Dynamic URL 302 Temporary Redirect Too many on page links (how many is ideal?)

Getting SEOMoz reports to ignore certain parameters

I want the SEOMoz reports to ignore duplicate content caused by link-specific parameters being added to URLs (same page reachable from different pages, having marker parameters regarding source page added to the URLs). I can get Google and Bing webmaster tools to ignore parameters I specify. I need to get SEOMoz tools to do it also!

Anyone having problems with the SEOmoz KWD Tool??

Just a quicky: Tried to run keyword difficulty tool reports last couple of days but keep getting error messages regardless of how many words/phrases I request. Is this a general outage or just me? Cheers
