Is Moz Pro down?

This morning, just before trying to meet with a client, I cannot access Moz Pro.
Here is the page I get:

I'm currently having the same problem. I cannot access to moz pro. I gave deleted my cookies and history but still got the same problem.
It worked this morning...
Any ideas?

What specific issue are you having with Moz Local? If you don't want to go into details here in the community, you're welcome to send a support ticket in and one of us on the team can get back to you that way.
Re: your question about chat, it is available but generally only for sales or billing related questions. At the moment, we've pulled back on chat so we can get through a backlog of tickets but things should be back to normal in the next week or so.

Concerning another question, I am having problems with the Paid Local Search tool. I am actually having greater success with getting directory listings correct without the paid option. I must be missing something.Having covered the documentation several times, do we ever have the option for a live chat with someone at moz?

That's definitely odd, but I'm glad it ended up working out in the end. Just to make sure though, are you still running into any issues accessing Moz?

Even with clearing my cookies and trying Chrome, Firefox and Safari, I was unable to gain access to Moz Pro for almost a full hour. Fortunately, my client was willing to adjust our meeting, so I could pull the reports needed.

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for any issues here!
There weren't any outages to Moz that I'm aware of. I was able to access the site and tools from the 8th to today (10th) fine. Can you tell me if you're still having problems here? If so, can you try clearing your cookies/cache and restarting your browser? If that doesn't work, the next thing to try is a different machine and then accessing Moz from a different network.

Integrating Moz with DashThis
I'm trying out DashThis as a way to visualize data for clients with whom we do a combo of SEO, PPC, and SEM work. I like the main Moz Pro campaign dashboard page for distilling top-level information and the rankings page for tracking keyword ranks. In an ideal world, I'd love to be able to sort replicate these within DashThis. I see that DashThis does integrate with Moz but looking at the Mozscape API documentation I couldn't tell if this type of integration is possible in DashThis. I realize this is a super specific question, but I thought I'd ask the community if this integration is possible or if I have more limited range of options.

Moz Thumbs not working? @MozHelp
Hi all, I'm noticing an issue with Moz thumbs. Last night before bed, I am pretty positive I gave EGOL and Laura a thumbs up for their answers to this question. This morning I noticed there were no thumbs up for their responses. At first I thought maybe I didn't give them a thumbs up, and proceeded to thumb them again. Everything appeared to work, however after returning to the post I noticed my thumbs didn't appear to be recorded. Has anybody noticed this issue?

In lue of the canceled Moz Index update
Hey Moz, Overall we love your product and are using it daily to help us grow, part of that has been to rely on the Moz Index for DA and PA as well as places where we are doing positive linking through genuine partnerships and reviews of clients. We were really excited to see any the results for this month as we have been partner linked from lots of high reputation sites and google seems to agree as our rankings are moving up weekly. The question from our marketing team is, since a significant part of Moz will not be available to us this month, will there be any compensation handed out to the paying community. PS: I am an engineer and I know how you have probably lost a very large set of data which cant simply be re-crawled over night but Moz Pro is not a cheap product and we do expect it to work. Linking Moz with Excel to compare links enmass
Hi all, I'm looking for a solution which will allow me to sort a list of links by pagerank. There seems to be a couple of solutions online but neither work for me due to various updates since they were created. New Moz reports
The new MozPRo reports do not give me the same level of data as my previous reports on the old platform, including detailed keyword reporting. I recently discovered that even if I schedule a monthly report, I still only get weekly data. Is it just me or is anyone else struggling with these new reports?
