Is Moz Pro down?

This morning, just before trying to meet with a client, I cannot access Moz Pro.
Here is the page I get:

I'm currently having the same problem. I cannot access to moz pro. I gave deleted my cookies and history but still got the same problem.
It worked this morning...
Any ideas?

What specific issue are you having with Moz Local? If you don't want to go into details here in the community, you're welcome to send a support ticket in and one of us on the team can get back to you that way.
Re: your question about chat, it is available but generally only for sales or billing related questions. At the moment, we've pulled back on chat so we can get through a backlog of tickets but things should be back to normal in the next week or so.

Concerning another question, I am having problems with the Paid Local Search tool. I am actually having greater success with getting directory listings correct without the paid option. I must be missing something.Having covered the documentation several times, do we ever have the option for a live chat with someone at moz?

That's definitely odd, but I'm glad it ended up working out in the end. Just to make sure though, are you still running into any issues accessing Moz?

Even with clearing my cookies and trying Chrome, Firefox and Safari, I was unable to gain access to Moz Pro for almost a full hour. Fortunately, my client was willing to adjust our meeting, so I could pull the reports needed.

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for any issues here!
There weren't any outages to Moz that I'm aware of. I was able to access the site and tools from the 8th to today (10th) fine. Can you tell me if you're still having problems here? If so, can you try clearing your cookies/cache and restarting your browser? If that doesn't work, the next thing to try is a different machine and then accessing Moz from a different network.

Location Data Batch Updates via the MOZ API
According to the MOZ API documentation, I am able to update multiple Locations in a batch in order to create or update their location data, currently 130 locations. I have successfully created a batch and the API returned the $id, as I expected. Yet, it doesn't make clear how the multiple locations I want to update are supposed to be sent back to the API. I was expecting an upload of a CSV file or JSON data, and not Query Parameter as noted in the docs. When including a JSON file, properly formatted, as a binary upload, the response is still expecting a locations parameter. Hi, i have seen "Moz Local" , has a option , "FourSqaure". I just a curiosity to ask that , is there any tie-up between FourSqaure and Moz , coz Moz must be using its APIs to feeds its business listings into FS Database. Is Moz's rank checker driving referals (and bounces) in my analytics?
I see 200+ referral visits per month from "rank-checker.online" and they all bounce with one second session durations. Are these bounces hurting my SEO? They are definitely distorting my referral metrics. Can I block them somehow?

Moz Thumbs not working? @MozHelp
Hi all, I'm noticing an issue with Moz thumbs. Last night before bed, I am pretty positive I gave EGOL and Laura a thumbs up for their answers to this question. This morning I noticed there were no thumbs up for their responses. At first I thought maybe I didn't give them a thumbs up, and proceeded to thumb them again. Everything appeared to work, however after returning to the post I noticed my thumbs didn't appear to be recorded. Has anybody noticed this issue?

Moz crawl error? DA & Linking domains significant drop.
Hi guys! Our site www.carwow.co.uk appears to have been punched in the face by the latest Moz update. It's claiming our #linking root domains has dropped from 225 to 135 and has subsequently hit our DA from 38 to 35. We haven't disavowed any links and our off-site strategy has been going well the past 2 months. Search performance has increased by around 15% (around 5k sessions) and rankings have improved week on week. Any idea if this is a Moz error? That's almost a 50% drop in linking root domains.
