Anyone have time to tell me his opinion?
-
Hi,
I just redesign my site. Any opinions, suggestions will be appreciated. My site is http://nikoseleftheriou.org
Thank you

Hi Matt,
No is not harsh at all. Ok, I will give you some explanations. First of all thank you for your time.
- The site was in Greek and I deleted it before few days, thats why are all this urls in Google. Anyway, after this review of yours I will just throw it and I will make a new one. Anyway wasn't marketed somewhere except Cyprus and Greece.
- Yes I swiped the graphic from the post , but before I get it I check in Google images and was also in other sites. So I took the courage to add it also. So I will just create my own graphics from now on to avoid any similar situation.
- About my English. Yes maybe are not Good, but in the end of the day I am not content writer. English I learn watching TV and reading the subtitles. Because I work from 12 years until 22 years in constructions. You know I didn't have the time to get educated. I'm sorry. The solution, is very simple. I will just hire somebody to write everything for me from now on.
- Selling services in English can be very simple resolved too. How? By opening a virtual office in my desired city and just hiring somebody to represent me.
- I think I resolve everything? Is something more?
Thanks again

Hi Keri,
Thanks for your time.

Agree with what Keri says. Also, when looking at your link exchange it says Funny Jokes, snowboards, medical transcription, Loans.net, etc.
From Google's Quality Guidelines:
Avoid the following techniques:
Participating in link schemes
Loading pages with irrelevant keywords
From Google's SEO Guidelines:
Avoid SEOs that talk about the power of "free-for-all" links, link popularity schemes, or submitting your site to thousands of search engines. These are typically useless exercises that don't affect your ranking in the results of the major search engines -- at least, not in a way you would likely consider to be positive.
Also, looking at your rating stars on Google in rich snippets. RS spam and fraud will be the next thing they crack down on. I'm not saying you didn't get 5 stars but you have a lot of pages that no longer exist with 5 star ratings... some of which never allowed on-page rating. This "looks" like RS spam.
Looking only at the site:
-
Why is your sitemap in the navbar? Does it help visitors get anywhere except to your link exchange, which is hidden on the navbar?
-
Quotation should say Quote. We don't give quotations.
-
The quote about Google makes no sense to me. Maybe I just don't "get" it.
-
You swiped the SEO process graphic directly from a recent Moz post (although Moz didn't create it either. It seems to have come from http://www.webcopywriter.it/seo/ - they have the oldest record of it on Google Images.)
-
You aren't an English speaker natively. I'm not sure selling services in English will work well for you. "We believe that the web and first page rankings are for all." "Art is priceless, alike the SEO" You really need a native English speaker to fix most of the site pages if you're going to continue this direction.
I hope this review is not too harsh and is what you are looking for, if not what you wanted to hear. This site has a LONG way to go before I'd make it public.

I would be concerned about hiring any SEO that has a link exchange page. This site really has very little concrete in the way of content or anything to convince a potential customer to give you their information. There's just hardly anything here in the current version of the site.

Is it a good practice to reduce number of redirections (301) after a period of time?
Is it good to use disavow tool and get rid of old URLs i.e. links for pages and posts which we have deleted from our website and added 301 on them?

In your opinion, best CDN provider?
Hi Moz Community, This is my first post and I just want to introduce myself and say hello! I need to know (who in your opinion) is the best CDN provider? I use the platform WordPress and currently host with HostGator if this helps. Thank you

Your opinion on "Keyword | Keyword 2 | Keyword 3 - Sitename" Meta Title
While I'm personally against It I have seen it used. I would think that Google might see this as some degree of keyword stuffing, rather than a 'natural' title, which may hinder ranking. What are your thoughts?

Can you change meta description at any time without loosing rankings?
I'm wondering if it is possible to change the meta description of a page on your site at any time without it affecting rankings on google? Is it only changing how my SERP looks? Or could bad things happen to changing your meta description? Appreciate all opinions on this one, thank you guys!

Does anyone know an "updated" all in one cheat cheat for on page SEO
howdy guys, after panda, and penguin, i wanted to know if anyone has any good references for a cheat sheet that has ALL the on page SEO factors like title tag, image tags, H1-H6, etc, the basics, but since the zoo got loose I dont know if things have changed for on page SEO. For example what is the optimal KW density we should be using etc. i found this list : http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/internet/google-ranking-factors.htm but it seems to be a bit outdated, if someone can share something similar to this list but something more recent, like a few weeks old, i think that would help the community out a great bunch! thanks guys

Wix.com Website Builder Html5 and SEO, what is your opinion
I'm planing to built a multilanguage website using a website builder. After reading websitetooltester.com reviews I came to the conclusion, wix.com should be the website builder I need. My first reason are the templates and there multilanguage options. But there is one thing, ready the review they mention: ''This is a bit technical; you can find the short version below. Wix is using the “single page pattern” meaning that the complete website code is essentially on one page. This works well for website visitors but not necessarily for Google as contents will be shown dynamically using Javascript and DOM manipulation. To solve this, Google supports something called ‘escaped fragments’ (or ugly URLs). With regards to Wix, it means that URLs will end like this: “#!wixseo|cqh1”. Google replaces the “#!” by “?escaped_fragment=” and receives only a minimal text-only page without Javascript. And this works well for Google. Try it here:

http://www.html5-websitebuilder.com/?escaped_fragment=cqh1 The official page ID is “cqh1” and not “wixseo”. But as the URL contains both IDs, the visitor can even see a description that’s readable by humans (and that’s important for SEO). You may have seen URLs containing “#!” already if you are a Twitter user.'' Should I worry about Google indexing all the pages? Is this website builder SEO frendly? Thank you for your help and time, BigBlaze0 -
Slow page load times from asynchronous javascript
Our analytics are showing that our homepage takes, on average, ~14 seconds to load. All of the content on the page loads fairly quickly, while it takes a few seconds to load the social media stuff (which is mostly asynchronous javascript that is running in the background). The question is this: Does Her-Magesty-Google take into account the amount of time it takes to load everything, including the social media stuff from asynchronous javascript? Or does Google see that the content loads fairly quickly and doesn't ding me for the js that is running in the background?

Time lag to see effect on rankings after a good optimization
Once you do an optimise / make some (hopefully positive!) changes to pages re keywords etc - how long does it take for you to move up the rankings - if indeed you do actually move up... I made some changes last week and see some slight movement this monday - can I expect more of a movement over a period of a few weeks? Or does it take longer? Maybe tricky question to answer but hopefully you know what I mean...
