Quick Start SEO Tasks for Brand New Multi Regional Website

Hello All Webmasters,
I have questions on organic visits for my fresh website targeted in Australia. I am a webmaster of http://www.canvaschamp.com.au/ and we have launched this domain before 20 days around on the date 7th Aug 2014. I have set up display network ads campaign for quick visits and going to start Product Listing Campaign soon for our products to get transaction. I also set up my social media accounts but have not update anything with them yet.
But my biggest concern is to build organic links through various link building activities as per latest trend. I have couple of questions which i mentioned below
My domain for AUS: http://www.canvaschamp.com.au/
How can i increase my organic visits? (Right now didn't get any organic visit)
Which Link building activities still works to get maximum organic visits and how can i improve my social media performance?
What are the steps to go forward to promote and increase my performance in Google ranking for this new website? (Any steps by step activity to go ahead?)
Should i keep my link building activities limited to .com.au websites or can i promote globally??
Looking forward to hear from all my expert webmaster friends to help me out and to improve my site's performance.

Add Tracking Parameters to Website Links on Facebook/Twitter
does anyone know of a way to add tracking parameters to facebook/twitter website links in the about us section so that we can understand what traffic is specifically coming from that page? I already add tracking to posts, but I am more trying to track each standard link on these social channels. I am currently running into character limits or the result looks like a long url that will most certainly deter clicks because it looks suspicious.

Is there an SEO benefit/drawback to streaming social media to your site?
I understand how streaming social media, especially if you have a great social media community, can be effective in terms of capturing customers. However, I'm purely interested in knowing what it does for SEO. For example, does streaming social media make it look like your home page (or whatever page(s) has it) are constantly being updated? Or, does streaming g+ have a positive effect but facebook not so much? Or, does it have a negative effect for whatever reason that might be? Thanks, Ruben

Where to find good SEO freelancers?
Can anyone recommend any good SEO freelancers for on-site and off-site SEO work on a monthly basis? On sites like elance, freelancer, etc. it's basicly impossible to find any good services due to so many bad "companies" offering all the same thing.

SEO relevance of Google+. Should we bother getting Google+?
I've read mixed results about the SEO benefit of having Google+ for your company. I'm sure that a very small % of my sites user base has Google+ so if we did implement Google+ into our site I don't think we would really have anyone following us...or in our circle or whatever they call it. So are you guys using Google+ for your business and if so, do you think it's worth it for me to if I know barely any of my users have Google+? Google really seems to be trying to plush Google+ for business, with replacing Google places with Google+ Business and requiring people to log into Google+ to rate businesses. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

• Basic SEO carried out, titles, tags, H1, etc
• Site has been running for almost a year and gain a little momentum http://www.internationalcheese.co.uk Now it's time to turn my attention to pro-active link-building and marketing of the site in order to build traffic and sales. My question to you guys is: What's the best way to go about implementing this next step? I have a list of links from competitor sites via OSE, what do I do with them? I try to post regularly on twitter and Facebook, but they rarely make an impact - i guess i need to look at the content i'm posting - how do i generate more engaging content? Your help is appreciated, any comments suggestions or feedback on the site design, structure, usability, links etc would be appreciated. **Can anyone share any real-world examples specifically relating to e-commerce businesses? ** The site is built and hosted on the Shopify platform which i find a pleasure to use. SEO Moz Page authority and Domain authority do not correllate wih SERPS
I have checked the competitive landscape and the rankings with the keyword difficulty tool. E.g. for "Schuhe" - google.de - the rankings do not correlate with MOZ Page authority and Domain authority. What are the reasons for that and what are the important factors currently not reflected in SEO Moz Page and Domain authority?
