How do I delete a listing from Moz Local?
-
I need to delete an old client from my published listings.
-
You wrote "until the subscription comes up for renewal" - Is it charges automatically, or it gives me a chance to decide before hand?

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Unfortunately due to the nature of how Moz Local works, we aren't able to delete published listings. When you purchase Moz Local we immediately start pushing your data out to our parters, and once that process has started we don't have a way to stop it until the subscription comes up for renewal. Local is a year long subscription, so when you're up for renewal you'll be able to cancel the subscription moving forward, which would remove the listing from your dashboard. Depending on the partner the listing might might revert back to it's original state, and lose some enhanced content.
Sorry we can't do more for you on the support side with this one, and if you have any other questions feel free to shoot us an email at help@moz.com!
Cheers!
Erin

Difference in dashboard accuracy vs listing accuracy
On the dashboard of our listings, the accuracy is different than when you click on the listing. For example, one listing says 93% when you look on the dashboard, but when I click on it is says "88%, get it to 99%". Why is there a difference?

Moz Local - Multiple Business Customers
Hi,
Moz Local | | rufo
I've looked at Moz Local as it now seems to include UK based submissions.
It looks great. However as I have a number of customers that would benefit from the service I wanted to know if MOZ lets you submit numerous businesses or is it just for the business that you have your account with. I really want to use the service for customers but I'm not sure whether its just a single company with the possibility of multiple addresses or if its multiple businesses. Thanks in advance,

MOZ Local
Is MOZ Local considered a direct competitor to Yext? My company currently uses Yext for its local directory listings, but it is very expensive. Is MOZ Local a superior substitute?

Moz Local - Needed for good measure?
Hello, Before Moz Local was released, I had worked with a 3rd party vendor and established citations throughout several, several domains. There may had been some directories, such as the databases, that we were unsuccessful at because we're 70 locations and they wanted to charge high fees for bulk. We also were unsuccessful with Yahoo, Yellow Pages and Citysearch (for various reasons that are too complex to get into here). 1. Would it be beneficial to also use Moz Local for good measure and to cover some, if not all, domains we had difficulties with? 2. Would that be duplicating our efforts and/or cause duplicate listings? 3. Can we cherry-pick which domains we want? Thanks.
