Fresh Web Explorer daily mentions by email not working
-
Hi
A few months ago I setup daily mentions from Fresh Web Explorer so I get alerts to when my site or my competitors site gets a new back link, and I did get an email in the first few weeks, but I haven't gotten once since. Today I check 1-2 of my competitors fresh links and they have gotten some in the last month, but I got no alerts.
I have it setup like this
rd:competitor.comBut now i'm thinking because technically "www" is a subdomain is that why I'm not getting any alerts, do I need to set it up with www and non www for each domain? ( if so that's going to eat to my limit pretty quickly, which would suck), or is there something else I'm missing?
Thanks

Hi there!
Setting up an alert for using the rd: parameter should pull up results for any sub domain for that domain. So rd:cnn.com would pull up blog.cnn.com, wwww.cnn.com, etc.
Based on what you provided it sounds like things are set up correctly, but it's hard to dig into things like this without specific examples to review. If you're uncomfortable sharing the query here, please send in a ticket with the information so we can look into this further for you. Thanks!

Link Explorer Export
Does anyone know how to export more than 50 keywords at a time from Link Explorer? I'm trying to extract the keywords from a competitor domain to do some analysis/big data queries. I'm using the link Explorer but I can't see any way to export more than 50 keywords at a time! The total I can export seems to be around 100k but it's going to take a very long time if I've got to do 50 at a ago!

Difference on full and partial URLs in Open Site Explorer?
Hi, I am pretty new to SEO and it might show. Here is my question, regarding the difference on "full and partial" urls in Open Site Explorer (OSP). That is, the difference on http://www.mywebsite.com and http://mywebsite.com. I get very similar results for the two variations, but not exactly the same. That suggest to me that OSP most of the time find the same links regardless of whether the url put into the search field is full or partial. But not all the time. Can anyone clarify? Thx in advance

Open Site Explorer Only showing 2 Internal Links
Hi, for some reason Open Site Explorer only shows 2 internal links linking to our homepage (and other pages). When looking at a competitors site, they have thousands of internal links to their homepage! Are there any reasons why OSE is only showing 2 for our site, when in fact there are hundreds and thousands? Thanks.
