My facebook stats are not showing up in open site explorer when I enter my website (www.transformationstreatment.com). I have over 15k likes on my facebook page but the open site explorer shows zero. If someone could please help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi there, thanks for your question! Open Site Explorer will show the number of times the URL you enter was Liked, as well as the number of times any Facebook comments on the same URL was Like, and combine them into a single number. This number does not include how many times your Facebook page was Liked, nor Likes via embedded buttons on the URL. Hope that clears things up.

The Moz Analytics tool will allow you to connect your Facebook page so you can view Facebook Like growth on your account.

OSE does not show the number of Facebook Likes your account has but the number of Likes a post has received that links to www.transformationstreatment.com (or any specific page).
Same goes for Facebook Shares.

Moz crawling http rather than https site
Our site is secure but when I ask moz to crawl it by giving the root domain including https moz insists on crawling the non secure version. How do i force it to crawl the secure version?

Crawl Errors on a Wordpress Website
I am getting a 902 error, "Network Errors Prevented Crawler from Contacting Server" when requesting a site crawl on my wordpress website, https://www.systemoneservices.com. I think the error may be related to site speed and caching, but request a second opinion and potential solutions. Thanks, Rich

Open site explorer: error message "There was an error getting your data"
I"m trying out MOZ, wanting to make an informed decision (for myself and my blogging students) whether this is a useful program to buy and use. I've had no luck so far with the Open Site Explorer. Each time I try, I get the same error message, "There was an error getting your data". I used the URL: http://writetodone.com I asked about the problem in the chat, but my question was posed over an hour ago and is still marked 'unread'... I"m keen to continue studying the program as I'm creating a video about MOZ. How can I make the Open Site Explorer work? I've tried the Analytics module but it seems to take some days to get results. May I know multiple campaigns set up, with same site url is allowable in Moz campaign or not?
Hi Guys, I have a question regarding moz campaign. I am a Moz Pro member, have taken Standard Plan. (Time being, am not in a position to upgrade to a higher plan) I have utilized only one campaign slot among total 5 slots. I have added xyz.com website in one campaign, there I have added 350 keywords which is the maximum count we can add in a a single campaign. Still, I have plenty of keywords to track for same website xyz.com. I am not planning to use the remaining 4 campaign slots for time being for any other websites. May I know, if I can add same xyz.com website in remaining campaign slots for tracking the remaining keywords for my website?

Open Site Explorer Doesn't Discover Link for my website
Hi, I've been trying to use Open Site Explorer to track link to my own website but it always comes up with no data and shows me this message: It looks like we haven't discovered link data for this site or URL. However, this site has been up and running for more than 9 months and google webmaster can track all the links to my website. I've also followed MOZ's support instruction to tweet a bit.ly links with my website but still no luck at all. My website is www.carpetcleanerperthwa.com.au Has anyone seen the same problem before? Root Domain and Subdomain Links OpenSite Explorer
I'm using opensite explorer trying to explore who is linking to my clients site. In the main blue area it shows total links as 20, which I understand is to the specific page. In the Root Domain Metrics it shows 4,032 external links. Sub domain Metrics shows 1,973. How do I find out where the links are? I tried creating a advanced link report with the "Links that to" are checked off as "any page on this root domain" and only shows 91 of the links? What am I doing wrong or missing?
