This definitely looks like a bug and I have sent this over to our engineers to investigate. I will let know when this is fixed!

Accuracy of Moz Keyword Tool

I understand that no search tool is entirely accurate, but I'm seriously beginning to doubt the accuracy of the Moz keyword tool search volumes for keywords. For example: I entered "largest police departments" and it says 0-10 per month in the US, despite the fact that that term is directly responsible for 200 hits per day. Many alterations of that keyword come up with 0-10 or not determined. This is not a small error -- and it repeats over and over for other search terms that I have already ranked for in the US. It's gigantically inaccurate in a massive scale.

How can I print out the keyword ranking chart?

I have been working diligently on these keywords. Not a lot of them but trying to get very specific. I have one that has traditionally been very high for our site and in one day it dropped from 2 to past 50+ when I reviewed the history I was unable to find any place to print or download the graph for the history or any place to print a report for our keyword rankings.

Keywords Score Meter

Hi Moz, I am using the keywords difficulty tool from your site and find it is quite useful 🙂 I research the community and find the data should be interpreted in the following way. But when I did a quick research for one keyword. The tool bar gives me a data of 22% showing in Yellow and says the keyword is competitive when I hover my mouse. Should this be **Blue **and easy to rank keyword based on the score? Which one should I believe? Sub 30 - (Blue) Low hanging fruit you can take advantage of. 30 - 35 (Green) Fairly easy with good on page and some quality anchored links. 35 - 40 - (Yellow) Will take a bit more work but still in reach may require, good on-site SEO and a solid link profile. 40 - 50 (Orange) Domain authority plays a much more pivotal role so it may take longer to rank for. 50+ (Red) All about resources. Onsite SEO needs to be totally nailed, including internal linking/ topic modelling etc. a strong & diverse link profile with good social signals and ... time. Thanks in advance. Keyword Ranking Question - Paid Ads?

Hi everyone. I have a question about the Keyword Ranking tool. I am currently tracking 93 keywords. My question is, does the ranking count just organic rankings or does it count if my company is spending money on a google ad? So for instance, if all paid ads were stopped on Google, the current keywords we rank for according to the MOZ tool shouldn't change, right? Thanks.

Moz Rank Tracker - showing deleted subdomains results for entered keywords

We have recently deleted subdomains because they were causing duplicate page errors but now the Moz rank tracker is showing the subdomain key word results even instead of the exact url we entered. So for example wine cellar is showing up for a deleted subdomain (winecellar.vigilantinc.com) instead of the entered exact url of (vigilantinc.com/winecellars/) Please advise. Thanks!

Adding Labels to Existing Keywords

Under "Manage Keywords", I've previously added several keywords that have been tracking for a month. It's easy to remove labels, but how can I add them to existing keywords? I tried re-adding them with the new labels, but no dice. If I delete them, won't the ranking history be deleted as well?
