Q) There is a paragraph saying "If your business has multiple locations, you should have a unique location landing page for each Google Plus Local listing."
Does it mean that for each of my shop (location), i have to create an brand new google plus page for it?

For example, if my country is australia, i have to create a page within my website and the it is optimised to the keywords "Gold Coast | Australia" in my 'product and services page'?

If you have face-to-face transactions with your customers, you are allowed to have 1 Google+ Local page per each physical location out of which you operate. These are Google's rules (https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?hl=en).
It is also considered a best practice to have a unique landing page on your website for each physical location you operate. These should be high quality pages that help customers (not thin or duplicative pages) and linking your Google+ Local listings to these pages (rather than to the domain) may also reduce the risk of Google accidentally merging your listings in their system, because you are doing your utmost to differentiate the various locations. Do you have a single physical location or multiple physical locations?
The "unique landing page" in your first quote refers to landing pages on your website. In most cases, the best practice is to have a local landing page for each physical location. When you claim and verify the Google My Business listing for each location, Google will automatically set up a Google+ page for that location. Link both the GMB listing and G+ page back to the associated landing page.

You don't have to make a new listing for each location, though I recommend making one for each location. Even if they're in the same city, you can differentiate the listings with a descriptor. See here for more on that. It's pretty straight forward.
I'm not terribly familiar with search trends in Australia, but I'm fairly sure you would want the province in the title tag. Province (abbreviation) in the title tag would definitely be better for a local business. So your title tag may look something like Blue Widgets Gold Coast Queensland | Business Name.
The above would likely be the home page title for a business that sells blue widgets in Gold Coast. Now say the business also does Blue Widget Repair as a service. Your service page would look something like **Blue Widget Repair Gold Coast Queensland | Business Name. **
Now if you have another location, in another city - you would want a page with a title of Blue Widgets City Province | Business Name. Going a little further, you could use this page as the link on your business listings. Trust me, it's good stuff.

Google is surfacing non-urgent care facilities for urgent care searches on Google Maps. How can I fix this?
I work for a large healthcare system in Utah. Google Maps is showing one of our non-urgent care clinics on searches for our branded urgent care locations ("InstaCare" is the branded term). From what I can tell, the only reason this is happening is because of a global footer on the clinic's website that links back to the urgent hub (see Imgur link for what I mean). Here's the clinic's site: https://intermountainhealthcare.org/locations/south-sandy-clinic/ Is there any way to get Google to stop doing this? 2 Businesses, Same Location, Different Google My Business Accounts?
This is not my area of expertise, but I have a customer with a unique problem. They are primarily an agency that assists student-athletes nationwide with the college recruiting process. They also have a non-profit organization that runs soccer camps for local kids only. The soccer camp would of course benefit from having it's own GMB page, but they've been told by Google that they can't use the same address as their recruiting business. They are in the same office and moving/adding an office isn't an option at this time. Does anyone have any ideas on how to overcome this issue without risking penalty from Google? Should they change their business name to combine both and add categories for their non-profit? They're such disparate businesses that I'm reluctant to have them do this, but is that the best/only option? Thanks all!

Scoot local links
I've been approached from Scoot trying to sell me their local directory links.

Its a one-off price of around £80 to be listed on all of their 500+ directories and £20 a month to be able to do any changes and to keep the web links active.
The list of the directories are here - http://submittrackz.scoot.co.uk/directories The question is, are the links of much benefit for local seo?
I was thinking of reselling this so the cost is not the problem so much, its just the quality of the links in question.

Local search result not showing
Hi Mozzers, I'm not a huge expert on local SEO.. the thing is when searching for our brand + city. or brand name specific or anything we do not get the map on the right with our contact info and such.

To be sure this is what we've done. We have a google+ page + verified content (for more than 4 months now) We have images, opening times, email, url's and such filled in (for 4 months now) We are on several local sites with our address, and such We do have some old listings here and there where we have old addresses but its just a few and we are on it to update / deleting them We have Microdata on our site with our address, lat lang and such. All address data on social, and few other pages are super in sync with each other. We are located in the Netherlands so a lot of info on this site we cannot use, becuase they don't accept us for example. Very curious on some interesting info how to optimize and why we are not showing.0 -
Does anyone know of a Google My Business reporting dashboard that shows impressions and clicks in bulk?
Right now, it appears the only way to access reporting data is by clicking on each individual location and then navigating to insights. We're managing nearly 300 different locations and need a tool that makes it easier to retrieve performance data.

Local Medical Practice Listing Question
We have 4 separate locations for an OB-GYN practice. They are XYZ OB-GYN and are affiliated with ABC Health System. All of these OBGYN offices are located in buildings belonging to ABC Health System with multiple practices (other doctors). Two of the locations have seperate suite numbers & two don't. How do we promote our OBGYN practices if they have the same address (with no suite number) as the other practices in the same exact building? I don’t believe Google wants multiple listings for separate practices that are using the same address without a suite number.

Is a Competitor Claiming My Clients Yahoo Local Profiles?
I am working with an Insurance agent and he has Google Alerts setup on his company name. He has received two alerts where his name only appears in the URL. If you click the links they bring you to a competitor's Yahoo Local profile page with their name and info. If you look at the URL it has his company's name and city in the URL. Could a competitor be claiming his listings and then changing the business name, phone, address and URL to their own? Does the URL on Yahoo Local listings stay the same after a business changes their name? This has happened with two of his listings in two different cities, he has two offices in one state. But not with the same competitor, it has happened with two different companies. Any idea what could be happening? I would be happy to PM the URLS, I just don't want to post them publicly here. Hi i was wondering is there much benefit in linking to the Google Places listing (e.g tohttps://plus.google.com/10524970xxxxxxxx improve its rankings and local visibility in the search results? I've been building citations, with the correct and consistent NAP but it doesn't seem to be helping the listing improve.
